Stopped in here for lunch. Cool place! Line was out the door (which is usually a good sign). It moves very quickly though – counter service ordering then find a table! The inside is pretty small, but there is seating out front and in back as well. The burgers were great!! Cooked to order and desired doneness. Fries are included with all burgers as well, and you can up charge onion rings as well. Burgers come plain and you can find the fixin’s (condiments and LTOP) near the front.

Walked in to Maggie’s Kitchen to place our lunch order. Classic hamburger, mushroom onion Swiss hamburger, both burgers were cooked per our request medium well, with fries, side of onion rings and coleslaw.

Celebrated Mother’s Day here and the food was fabulous!!!! Could not get enough of the gravy, and the biscuits were crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. The home fries were perfectly prepared, hiding under the biscuits. The pancakes were bigger than my granddaughter’s head! The green chili burrito was also delicious, like nothing we had ever had before! Maggie’s decor is rustic and fun with everyone who’s ever been there adding some sort of inscription, drawing or simply signing their name. Large, roomie wooden booths for the kids to spread out and color while we ate. Planning on going back to Ouray again, next month, just to eat here!

Honestly, we first tried Ouray Brewery first (currently closed on Thursdays due to staffing issues) and then Colorado Boy (only open for dinner on weekdays) and then made our way to Maggie’s Kitchen and I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WE DID 🙂 There was a line out the door and all the seats were taken, but the line went fast and we were able to snag a table. The burgers are big and delicious with a gracious side of fries (included in price). You can substitute onion rings for $5 more and they’ll be some of the tastiest onion rings you’ll ever have! The atmosphere was cute and fun. Every one of the staff members we came across was kind, helpful and pleasant. The scenery in and around Ouray is BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL and Maggie’s Kitchen was our cherry on top 🙂

I got to day ( Dude ) !!! This is a jem in the rockess. We stopped for lunch and it sweet. They got a lot of food choices too. We got cheese burgers and yyyyuuummm! + They all are super friendly and kind. Sometimes I need little extra help reading and they did not make fun of me. Food ready Fast hot fresh… I say stop by and take a look. You will be happy.

The food was great. I had the bacon cheeseburger, and it was great! The portion was large, and I had to finish it later. Got back to Tucson and have been craving another Maggie’s burger, but alas, nothing comes close to it here.
