Authentic Amazing Mexican food!! I ordered a wet burrito to go half hour before closing and they were so nice about it. The burrito was so big, filled with yummy goodness and it was my dinner and my breakfast the next day. The staff is super friendly. I’ve eaten in many times and the service is superior. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!! ❤️ me some Maggie’s food!!!
PS.. the menudo is the best around!!!

I’ve been coming to Maggie’s Kitchen, since I was a kid. I now go back, whenever I’m in Grand Rapids in the morning, for a delicious plate of Huevos Rancheros. Maggie’s is still family owned and operated and offers both outstanding Mexican dishes and great service. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to eat in Grand Rapids, to consider stopping by Maggie’s. You won’t be disappointed!

I grew up out west with great Mexican food around every other corner, I miss it and Maggie’s Kitchen is a welcome taste of home! You can smell the delicious food before you even walk in. Everything was great but the fresh salsa and shredded beef were standouts. 10/10

We love this place. The best Menudo and Barbacoa in Michigan. Maggie’s is a family run joint that has been serving Grand Rapids for over 40 years. From the weekday business crowd at lunch, to the weekend filled with families out for breakfast or lunches.

You know the place is good when you see Mexican grandpas eating here. Service is cafeteria style, with a very busy kitchen.

This is a real family restaurant. Three generations work here. Serving the very best Mexican food in Grand Rapids.
Fantastic tortillas too, fresh made from Milagros.

I’ve driven by Maggie’s many times…I never noticed it as it’s rather nondescript. Inside you’re transported to Mexico – the staff was friendly and the food was up fast.

I got a wet burrito and a taco – too much food! Both items were stuffed with meat. I had the barbacoa and a spicy pork, though neither had any spice I could detect. Some salsa and sour cream added nicely to the experience.

With generous portions, an authentic Mexican feel, and a friendly staff, I highly recommend you try it out!

Amazing food! It was 5 stars WAY before all these other restaurants moved in as they’ve supported that neighborhood in good times and bad. Their Barbacoa is literally the best in this country. Closest I’ve found was in Texas. Absolutely the best people and best food around! Unfortunately, we don’t live close to them anymore but I stop any time I’m near!
