A true neighborhood gem! Friendly, local service. Ice cold beer. Friendly patrons. The onion straws appetizer was amazing. The food was very good. Great location.

The burgers here are seriously good! Big on flavor and size. The service is super friendly, we sat at the bar for a late Thursday lunch and both ladies were on top of it!! Husband got the nachos and he said they were amazing. Just what we were looking for traveling through and worth coming back to!

One night stop in Boonville & needed to find a place to eat. Stumbled upon Maggie’s – so lucky. Great selection of “bar” food, with ample portions & fair prices. Excellent service as well. If you’re looking for a decent meal in Boonville, would definitely recommend Maggie’s.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Massive burgers, great price, the sweet potato fries were also amazing and they let me bring my dog in since we were traveling!

Getting late as we travel west on I-70. Hungry. We see Maggie’s in Booneville.
Nice local bar restaurant, chicken bites, Ruben, and fried green beans. All were very tasty and prepared to perfection. Glad we made this as our eat stop!

If you find yourself cruising along Route 70 and in need of a fantastic local lunch spot, look no further than Maggie’s Bar. This charming establishment boasts a cool, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly captures the local vibe. The moment you step inside, you’ll be embraced by the warm, friendly environment and the unmistakable sense of local traditions.
The food at Maggie’s is nothing short of excellent. Among the standout menu items is the blue cheese bacon burger – a must-try for any burger enthusiast. The combination of rich, creamy blue cheese with crispy bacon on a perfectly cooked patty makes for an unforgettable dining experience. And the best part? The prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a great value for the quality you receive.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Maggie’s Bar is a gem that shouldn’t be missed. With its great food, friendly atmosphere, and excellent prices, it’s the perfect spot for a memorable meal on Route 70.

We popped in for a drink while making our way up and down the street shopping. We did not eat, but other people’s food looked good. We were full from breakfast. The bar tender was super sweet and took good care of us. They do have live music a few nights a week, which is a good find. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside and it’s 2 sides, each with a bar. We’ll be back for food on our next visit.

This is my second or third review of this place, I’ve lost count. But I’m beginning to really enjoy coming here. I travel for work, and every time I’m in town I try to stop by. Maggie’s has a great beer selection. I love the 1554! They also now have smash burgers that I finally got around to trying and they are excellent. Their wings are my go to when I can’t decide what to get. The servers are always great too! Polite, helpful, and as quick as they can be with how busy they can get! They do have at least one pool table that I’ve seen. I really can’t recommend this place enough. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife’s food was good. My food was generally well executed, but was seriously over salted, including my hamburger. My wife got the wrong diet soda, but decided not to bother because of the staff.
The servers went through the motions, but the look on their faces indicated that we were anywhere between an annoyance and a hostile invading force.

We stop by Maggie’s every time we are in town visiting. This weekend its for Harvest Days and the hubs 35th class reunion from BHS. The pub was busy and we still received polite and prompt service for drinks, appetizer and our meal. We were sure to compliment the staff on such a busy night. I had a chicken ceasar salad, spinach and artichoke dips. Hubs got the Buffalo Black and Blue Burger and fries. Tasty and disappeared so quickly we barely got a photo before the waitress took the plates away!
