We really liked Maggie Miley’s Irish Pub. Our server took great care of us. This is a great casual meeting place, with a relaxed atmosphere, a solid draft beer selection and good food.

We loved this place. The staff and food are both fantastic. My best friend lost her retainer at dinner and they helped us look for forever. Jessie and Mikey went way out of their way. It was greatly appreciated. The food was great. We ordered a little of everything but the standouts were the scotch eggs and Sheppard’s pie. If we are ever in the area we will return.

Although I’ve visited the bar as a townie, I had never eaten the food.
I’m so glad I decided to give it a try! The potato pancakes and cheese sauce was SO GOOD (boxty). We wanted to put the cheese on everything! It went really well with the potato skins. I’m glad my server asked if I wanted bacon and cheese on the Sheppard’s Pie because it added a nice flavor to the potatoes.
I will absolutely come back and try more dishes but overall was satisfied with everything I tried.

Unfortunately it was a disappointment. Last time we were here it was slipping. The wife and I both went with the Potato & Leek soup. She went with the bread bowl, and I with a bowl. The bread bowl doesn’t even resemble the former bread bowl, it was pretty lame,with probably a ladle of soup on it (note; I said on it, not in it). And my bowl looked like a cup, as a matter of fact we even asked if it was a cup. Nope, it looks like the old cup is now the new bowl (I would hate to see what their cup looks like). Soup was good, they have a wonderful Potato & Leek soup, just don’t go hungry if you plan on having the soup. We also ordered the battered sausages $13 for three four inch sausages. Again, they were good, but pricey IMO. Overall two soups, one appetizer and one beer $43. $50+ w/tip. They have decent food but it’s going to cost you.
The atmosphere is lacking, only because they need to clean the place, it has a grungy feel to it.

I ordered the Irish breakfast and the Dunkin donkey. The service was great. The food, other than the dried and overcooked eggs was exceptional. The drink was fantastic. Their fish and chips is also amazing.

We ordered thru a delivery app. My wife’s order was mis-prepared BECAUSE of an error in said app. We called the store, and requested assistance.. Wvwb though they were not obligated to do so, the store staff remade my wife’s entree and sent it to us. We received the correct order, no muss no fuss, and the manager was extremely understanding and apologetic for the error. Top notch on all counts!!!!

Fantastic place! Service, atmosphere, food, drink! It’s all amazing! The wife and I popped in here for a few drinks and a Bavarian pretzel and it hit the spot. Very Irish, fun cool. Great neighborhood, lots of fun stuff around. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend! ☘️

Wow! This bar and Thomas their Mixologist were absolutely amazing! I was in town on business and decided to kill some time while I wait for my train back to Chicago and popped in. They actually have a real wide selection of local beers and pretty cool people who walk in. Mostly locals and the food is impressive for a pub. I had the Salmon Sandwich and it was . Not to mention my bill after drinks and food was surprisingly affordable compared to Chicago. If you are in the area this is a definite go to for drinks and great conversation with the coolest people in town. Didn’t realize Normal had so much to offer. I will definitely be back!

Really fun establishment. Their Fish and Chips were good. The first I had outside of the UK where the battered stayed on the fish. Really flavorful too. The have the “Bud Light” of Ciders on Tap too, which beats any US cider. Well worth it.

I love Maggie Miley’s! This time I didn’t have drinks, but past experience – they have a solid Guinness pour.
Food was good. The sweet potato crisps were tasty. I got the bangers and mash (of course) and my wife got the stuffed chicken breast.
