We were waiting on a flight and decided to stop into Maggiano’s. We shared an order of lasagna and a side salad. The lasagna was goodbye the service could have been better. The waitress began talkng to the table next me in mid sentence and then came back to without an excuse me or pardon me. I thought that was different ti say the least. We did not get bread with our meal but saw other tables with bread. I finally flagged down our waitress and asked for bread. It took much longer than expected to get our bread. We will not be visiting this Maggiano’s again.

Nathan waited on us. He was an amazing waiter and had great recommendations when choosing from the menu. The portion of the side salad was very large but tasty.

Not nearly as good as the Nashville location. The menu had a quarter of the regular options, seems the air conditioning went out because it was super hot, and the food didn’t have the same signature Maggiano taste. We had the lasagna and the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was very good, but the scampi sauce was too citrusy and I didn’t even squeeze the lemon on it. My wife stated that her lasagna doesn’t taste like it usually does from Maggianos. The service was good, but way too expensive for average tasting food. Will definitely not visit a Maggianos in an airport again. The only thing they had that tasted like a legit Maggiano’s was the bread, it was amazing as usual thank goodness.

I had some fantastic Chicken Parmesan! The portion was huge, which was perfect for me. The drinks were also really good, and the waitress was helpful and fun to talk to. Great spot to hang out while waiting for a delayed flight

Literally the worst minestrone I’ve ever had. Canned soup has more flavor. The salad is iceberg lettuce with a little stuff on top, barely any dressing. The salmon is swimming in butter. The spaghetti marinara is just tomato sauce. This place should not be able to classify as Italian food. This is like fast food quality Italian, definitely not worth the price. I wish I would’ve gone to McDonald’s, there’s more flavor in that.

Service is a bit slow but otherwise nice place. I got the flatbread pizza. Id prefer tge crust a bit more crisp but it was delicious. The toppings tasted fresh. The pizza is about 18 inches by 6 inches.

We were seated immediately and soon thereafter a friendly and attentive server helped us with our orders. They encourage you to use a QR code to pull up the menu and order from your phone. For some reason it was a dead link on my phone but worked for my partner. Seeing that I was struggling, the server brought me a paper menu. The food was hot and perfect. The chicken Parm was moist and tasty. The garlic lemon shrimp scampi was sumptuous. Our server brought the ticket and had us on our way to the gate in plenty of time to make our flight. I highly recommend this establishment.
