I’ve come here for Thanksgiving dinner with my family for two years in a row. The food tastes great, the atmosphere is warm, and the restaurant is clean.
But what truly made this meal the most perfect one is the service from Conor, the tall guy. He is polite, speaks clearly with a pleasant voice, and keeps smiling the entire time.
Everyone in my family was delighted by his attentiveness and respectful manner. Thank you for giving my family such a wonderful experience.
And I will definitely be coming back again next year.

Margherita flatbread was sad, not a basil leaf in sight, no fresh mozz like pictured online, instead too much cheese that wasn’t cooked all the way. And the packaging… If you are serving a flatbread that small, the box needs to be sized appropriately, looking like it’s swimming in the box is not helping. In hindsight, terribly overpriced.
Other food we ordered was good. Chicken piccata, mushroom ravioli, these are reliably decent.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and every dish was full of flavor. The service was attentive and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole evening even better. The atmosphere is warm and perfect for a date night or family dinner. In the midst, Manny spoke to me and gave me the good ol’ Italian hospitality and charm before even knowing he was going to be our server. His customer service was bar none! So much so that I just got home to write this review.

Now let’s get to the food! Everything was executed perfectly, nice presentation and delicious. Plentiful portions…so leftovers are going to happen if you’re not sharing. Hats off to the kitchen. Manny recommended the crab cakes (new dish) and he was spot on! Fresh, delicious and packed with crab paired topped with a light lobster cream sauce with a slightly charred lemon halve and a tomato & arugula salad on the side. Definitely going back for them! Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms always a hit! My guy got the Grand Parmesan Chicken (new dish) with a gorgeous Maggiano’s salad and he enjoyed it. My dish stole the show…Linguine di Mare! If you love seafood with pasta…this will be your jam. Filled to the top with a generous amount of lobster, shrimp, clams and mussels in a light spicy tomato sauce. Barely spicy. Lastly, my favorite dessert of all time here…crème brûlée! Made to order topped with fresh mint and beautiful strawberries.
We ate like a King & Queen and treated like royalty! Keep it up Maggiano’s Old Orchard. You work hard and it clearly shows in everything you do.

We had dinner at Maggiano’s after a mommy/daughter shopping spree. Our server Shanice was absolutely amazing! So kind, attentive, and genuinely warm from the moment we sat down. She didn’t just take our order — she connected with us, chatted with us, and made us feel like we were being taken care of by a friend. She was thoughtful, professional, and brought such a positive energy to our table. Thank you, Shanice for making our evening so special! We’ll definitely be back.

I ABSOLUTELY love MAGGIANOS‼️ I always have and I always will. However on Valentine’s Day I decided to take my family. The service was wonderful as usual, but my usual favorite’s, not so much.The fettuccine Alfredo and the spaghetti were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ‼️ I was so disappointed. It took me nearly 2hours to get there. The website also featured a Tour of Italy,of which I signed up for. For some reason, I was unable to access it at the restaurant. The staff was amazing and so was the rest of our dinner.

All three of us are sick. Been in the bathroom all night.
Jerome was our server-horrible service
He recommended the grand margaritas. Took about 20 minutes to just get two of them. The taste was awful. Brought the third out and again disgusting. He said the foamer was having issues. We order two beers then and a wine and we waited an hour to get them.
Received the wrong appetizer and then said it was the people in backs fault. We still didn’t have a drink when the right appetizer came out.
Didn’t let us know about bday dessert, we ordered and paid for 3 desserts.
Condescending as he stated he was placing us as a priority to any other table then he said the same speech to the table behind us.
Coffee came after dessert.
Everything excuses
Jerome stated he would ensure to fix the bill so we would be compensated. Didn’t provide an itemized bill until after I paid saying oh forgot to tell you to click here to see the bill. Had already provided a good tip thinking he would compensate which he didn’t. Everything we paid for full price. No discount and he spoke to us as if we were stupid.
Couple in the front of us kept making out and touching eachother inappropriately which made us a horrible scene. A child was right across from them.
It was my mother’s birthday and it was a horrible dinner. Thanks for ruining it. Also yes it was Valentine’s Day but he wasn’t busy.
