My wife and I came here for valentines dinner which we have a few times for the holidays and it just as good as always. As an appetizer we had the crab cakes which was filled with all crab meat lightly breaded, We had the lobster carbonara, and the Blackened salmon with shrimp, it was spectacular taste and flavor so tender and juicy the lobster was juicy. For dessert we shared the cheesecake which rivaled my own light and flavorful. A must try it you havnt been here before, our waitress was Katie she was wonderful

First time going to this location! The food and the service was excellent. I was having lunch alone so I opted to sit in the bar area and those waiters were definitely on point, especially Stephen. They suggested the Rigatoni Alla Vodka with Italian Sausage which was a perfect suggestion as it was very good. I also got some Crab Cakes with Lobster Sauce to-go. Overall, Excellent location and I will definitely return with the family.

Went there for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing server, Lauren (light brown hair, was wearing a bun at the time). She was so great, and so kind! Loved our food and got our food within 6 minutes of ordering. Definitely coming back.

I’m honestly impressed with Maggiano’s these days! I hadn’t visited in a couple of years, and everything we had was delicious and well-prepared. I remember being surprised by the theramousou—it’s usually not something I go for, but this one was excellent. The flavors were spot-on, and it made me appreciate the dish in a whole new way. The service was just as good—the waitress was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. The atmosphere feels inviting and comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends. I’ll definitely be back soon to try more of the menu. It’s clear that Maggiano’s has upped their game, and it really shows in both the food and the overall experience.

My family and I love to come to this place for a nice dress up dinner. The food here is always good. We specifically come for the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, the chicken piccata or the meatballs. I love the Italy atmosphere, it reminds me of parts of Italy. We had a birthday party here in the banquet area of this place and it was extremely comfortable and very big. I highly suggest coming here for a normal dinner or any type of parties. You will not be disappointed.

Look, from the corporate mall venue parking lot, it looks like a Greek Revival reboot of a family style garden restaurant from one of the major cities of the United States from right around 1922 or so. It looks like a constructed immersive environment to evoke a time and a place and a feeling you’ve never lived though, been to nor felt. And that is what it is: a capitalist consumerist specimen of restaurant that has been refined, shaped, test marketed, perfected.
It’s owned by the people who own Chili’s.
But here’s the thing: Chili’s isn’t bad. It’s predictable. It’s trustworthy. You know what sort of crowd, what sort of food, what sort of experience you’re going to have there.
Maggiano’s is the same, just a different species.
I’ve been craving a bone-in ribeye for weeks, but I hadn’t found the right place to serve me one. Maggiano’s simulation of an early 20th Century family owned Italian restaurant with luxuriant leather booth seating, slightly dimmed lighting and families of every hue and creed celebrating birthdays, feeding preschoolers in between their own bites: this is the place a middle aged, risk adverse, suburban man can trust to cook a decent quality chunk of cow.
The staff are well-trained, the service is there when you want them but never intrudes on your experience of a date night dinner.
We were blessed with the miracle of the lemon cookie dessert course in celebration of date night, because our waiter knows his way around the house and he is excellent in the performance of his craft.
The flavor palate is never off base, but it is not timid, either. The taste is present, and after living in the food culture of the modern Northeastern Sprawl, that is not nothing. To have a character, even a market tested one, is a stance.
We enjoyed every course. I took small exception to the asparagus having not been trimmed at the base, leaving an unpleasant woody/pithy texture that refuses to impart any flavor than its own vegetal bitterness, but two disappointing bites in two hours is a quibble. I’ll know better next time.

Daniel Martinez was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he made our experience so enjoyable. He was funny, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. His recommendations were spot-on, and he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He has such an awesome personality and made the whole visit feel special. Truly an all-around stellar server… and on top of that, all the food was absolutely amazing!

Eating at Maggiano’s @ KOP is a great way to end a marvelous shopping day in the mall. The location is conveniently behind the mall, and the wait time, for my large family, is usually short as long as you RSVP inadvance. Recently, we ate in their indoor/outdoor seating area. Our server was very attentive by repeating our large dinner and dessert orders and our drinks were constantly refilled. When we needed more items for our table, there was never a question of “What’s taking so long?”. For the many years of us enjoying Maggiano’s many meal options, delicious sweet treats, comfortable atmosphere, and being a great family restaurant, we have NEVER had as negative experience. This is a great place to eat after a great shopping day with no seating time!
