We enjoy going to Maggiano’s but our waitress Iyanna was a horrible waitress. She did not check up on us much and paid us no mind. She also looked annoyed when she was taking our orders and was very heavy handed when pouring us water. The water splashed on my mother and she didn’t say anything. We had to get other waiters to give us container bags for our leftovers and had to ask other bus boys to give us Tabasco sauce. It felt very low effort and our bill was over $500. We had a party of 7 and tipped 20% but we were so disappointed with the waitress and just overall service. It’s our tradition to go to Maggiano’s for New Year’s family dinner but now we are considering going to a different location.

From the moment we were seated, the service stood out. Our server was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly invested in making the evening special. I noted in the reservation that this was a surprise dinner for my mother’s 65th birthday, and it was clear that the team not only read the note but truly paid attention to it. They played along seamlessly and even referenced parts of the note during service, which made the surprise feel personal and well cared for.
The food, as always, was exceptional. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and served exactly as expected from Maggiano’s.
This location delivered on service, attention to detail, and quality. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning.

Food was exeptional, ive been tired of food for a while and this tasted like Food 2.0. Crab Cakes were amazing, Calamari was insanely different is such a good way and their salads were nice and fresh. Very nice and clean place, this is definitely a certified fancy restaurant so please treat it as such. If you coming in on sweatpants or sleepware you definitely look out of place and not in a good way. Only bad thing was those smokey burbon drinks, when they open the case for the presentation the smoke is TOO MUCH and uncomfortable and you will be smelling that multiple times during your dinning experience.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with my 2 oldest daughters. They specifically picked this restaurant cause March 2024 the 3 of us had family style dinner. When we arrived yesterday we were told that it is “perfect for families of 4 or more” which is what the menu states and they no longer give more than one serving. We were disappointed even though the food and service was excellent. I was told by the manager that they have new policy as of December 2024. They should definitely bring back the old policy. It would be better.

The apps were great. We really enjoyed the house salad with their signature white vinaigrette dressing. My fiance enjoyed his entree, I on the other hand, not so much. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t that great.
I had the Alfredo and it was a bit dry and lacked flavors in my opinion. The waitress/l and/or the manager were really generous in gifting us a free dessert voucher for our anniversary. Needless to say, we’ll be back soon and hopefully my next dish will wow me.

we had a wonderful waiter who is very attentive to all of our needs and dietary requests! They recently added a few menu items that are absolutely delicious and will be returning for the butter cake! Super sweet and fluffy!! Although the whole menu is a bit on the pricier side, the portions are large and we’re all very easily shareable!
