Smother chop steak. Is a frozen beef patty. Pasta was very greasy and the store bought Parmesan was hard. Would not melt. Place was completely empty. Waitress was great. The restaurant is very pretty and updated. But again no customers.

The biggest issue with this places is either not enough servers or servers don’t care. We’ve been several times and food and drinks take forever and it’s hard to get the wait staffs attention for refills. Food is pretty good most of the time though depending on when you go they can be out of things.

My husband and I went there recently and ate for the first time. He ordered the chopped steak and I ordered the grilled chicken with mushrooms. He said he would give his food a solid four 4️⃣. He said his chopped steak was perfectly done, the macaroni and cheese had great flavor, and the brown gravy was delightful. I ordered the grilled chicken with mushrooms and I sent it back ak most immediately. I did not like the seasoning on it at all, and asked for some without seasoning and so for me, that was much better. I would give mine a three 3️⃣ at the most, but the cream gravy I would give a five 5️⃣. I’m really pretty picky about my cream gravy, I grew up on it, and their’s really tasted good.
My husband said he would like to try Magel’s again and so we hope our next meal is flavorfully delicious!

Galaxy Plumbing
We stopped in for lunch passing through town. We had such a great experience here thanks to our waitress, Kayla. She was super friendly from the moment we sat down and made us feel really welcome. She checked on us often without ever being overbearing, and our drinks were always full. Kayla gave great menu suggestions too, and everything came out just the way we ordered. We will definitely be asking for her next time we come through.

My family of 4 went on a Saturday for lunch. The hostess greeted us right away and was very nice. It wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away.
You get rolls and butter when you are seated. They do have appetizers on the menu as well. Lots of home-cooked foods like a Cracker Barrel. The waitress said that everything is homemade.
Everything had lots of flavor and the sweet tea was just right.

Amazing restaurant! Hosted a great birthday party for my grandmother (42 attendees) and made the experience easy to plan and attend. Garden salad was delicious with the ranch dressing, and chicken fried steak went well with the gravy.

Groups beware – Very disappointing experience here for an event dinner in the reserved back room (40ish). The restaurant decided two servers would be enough (who were as helpful as possible). No one else working seemed to want to help them even refill waters or clean tables. Embarrassing service.
We waited over 45 minutes for drinks, and ordering was moving along at a sluggish pace. The management here seems quite incompetent and don’t support their staff. Would NOT recommend for anything important.

Wonderful on all counts! Excellent parmesan crusted chicken, fajitas, rolls and service. Atmospnere nice/quiet/cozy. Clean. Extremely spacious with many rooms. Service excellent. Vegetable soup was surprisingly a tomato soup type broth that was tangy/spice. Chicken in fajitas and the parmesan crusted chicken plentiful and juicy/tasty. Large selection on menu – too stuffed for dessert – cobbler or bread pudding. Highly recommend for couples, families or parties – there was a birthday party going on while we were there. Outside seating was not in use but was poolside with the hotel next door. Burger to go for our dog was huge and plenty juicy. Prices were very reasonable. If I wasn’t from out of state, I’d be back.
