Fantastic experience! The dining room is a beautiful peaceful oasis from the noise and heat of Magazine St. We had the veggie spring rolls and tofu Bahn mi. The flavors were wonderful, ingredis fresh and the tofu was perfect. Our waiter Sharz (?) was a gracious host, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Absolutely delicious. We came in on a weekend and it was less crowded than expected. Service was incredibly prompt and friendly. Food was phenomenal. The vermicelli, pork stir fry, and spring rolls were all delicious. Portions are very generous. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Great Vietnamese food that came out quick. I love me a good Asian stir fry noodle and the char siew noodle delivered. The spring roll was fresh and the pot stickers were flavorful. Did not try the pho, but will save that for the next trip!

New Orleans has many fantastic Vietnamese restaurants. This is my absolute favorite! Everything on the menu is delicious, and clearly prepared with great care. Friendly owner and staff. Just wish they were open later! I think they have the best tofu rice dish in the city.

Eating in Magasin is like being welcomed by a Vietnamese family and it’s literally their mom cooking traditional food. The spring rolls, cut up in perfect bite-sized morsels, were the perfect starter. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and not too sweet. The fried tofu vermicelli ($15 plus tax) had the wonderful contrasting textures of the crisp tofu, the noodles and the pickled and fresh vegetables. It was great food and warm friendly service throughout.

Amazing, always fresh. I go here to eat every time I stay at the Hyatt. The veggie soup below was amazing as was the spring rolls. I removed all the tofu from the soup because I forgot to tell them I didn’t want it. They do an amazing job at serving their customers with a really great meal and it’s not very expensive, you can walk in and order right at the counter if you want. Our food came out pretty quickly and I fount myself wanting to go there every day I was in town.

Magasin Vietnamese was seriously very good. Even though they only accept walk ins, me and my friends only had to wait 5 minutes for a table to open up. Our server was extremely friendly even with the busy rush, constantly keeping a smile on her face. For the food, the dumplings and rangoons were excellent. Shrimp garlic noodles were the best. Phenomenal flavor overall.
