Social Profile:

Maganda Cuisine started in February 2024 from our family’s love for Filipino food and the flavors of home in Subic, Zambales. What began as cooking for friends turned into a food truck serving dishes like Lumpia, Pancit Bihon, Chicken and Pork Adobo, Bistek, Dinuguan, Sisig, Pork BBQ, and more. For us, cooking is a skill learned by heart, through family and tradition. We’re proud to share a taste of our culture and bring comfort through every meal.

If you are in the Brandon area and craving for some amazing Filipino food. This is the location to go to. My Mom took my brother and I today to get some lunch. Wasn’t able to take a picture of all the food being that once we got it, we couldn’t help but to start eating. Coming from a Filipino background, this was nothing less than amazing. We ordered – Filipino BBQ sticks, Bisteks, Palabok, Pancit Bihon, Siomai, & Halo Halo. 10 out of 10!!! The owners were extremely nice and felt like I was talking to my family. Will be coming back.

I highly recommend Maganda Cuisine! Their food is absolutely amazing especially on days when I don’t feel like cooking or I’m craving Filipino food that tastes just like home. Maganda Cuisine has become my go to spot and hands down my favorite food truck here in Brandon! It’s super accessible near my home and right by BOM Asian Supermarket, so it’s like hitting two birds with one stone. My personal favorites are their lumpia and pancit!! So good and comforting. My husband is obsessed with their siomai, he can easily finish four orders in one sitting! That’s how good it is!!

Plus the customer service is top notch. Big shoutout to NORILYN AND HER PARENTS. They’re super friendly, approachable and brings such a positive vibe every time we stop by. If you haven’t tried Maganda Cuisine yet, you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommended and more power to this amazing food truck!!!!! – LV

$15 dollar for bifstik. I would say the beef is too thick to be marinated and stirfry like that. If it’s thinner it might tastes bettet.

Coming from out of town when my brother was sick. I was craving Filipino food. They were so kind to cook me Chicken Tinola ( not included in their daily menu)per my brothers’s request. Thank you Nore and Norelyn for your kindness. May God bless you.

Great food, and great service! Enjoyed everybit of this meal. Had the lumpia, siomai, pancit, and chicken adobo. Lumpia comes out slightly oily, mainly because they’re very fresh and right out the fryer. Really crunchy and nicely rolled filled with the minced meat. Went well with the sweet and sour sauce. Siomai was fantastic, very good flavor just by itself. Comes with Soy sauce and Chili oil. Chili oil does have a nice kick to it but very good. Good combination with the sauces. Pancit, also delicious. Nice soft flavor of soy and hints of basil. And lastly the adobo chicken. Simple dish but very good. Meat fell right off the bone, no struggle at all. Adobo flavor went all the way down to the bone and nothing overpowering either. First time having filipino food so not sure what to base it off of, but a very high start as far as the flavor. This is a food truck, so portions are as expected, and dishes and decently priced. I will definitely be back!

Food is amazingly delicious and prices are good!
I had the bbq combo – The meat is so tender & yummy of course! I’d like a side of vinegar for dipping so that’s the only thing missing on this dish for me.
Lumpia Shanghai – the size & portion is perfect! The filling is delish as well!
Siomai – Yummy! The condiments (soy sauce, chili garlic oil and lemon) are perfectly paired with it.
Halo-Halo – is just perfect! Not too sweet and all the ingredients are perfectly balanced. The taste of the roasted pinipig is so good!
Authentic Filipino dishes! I will definitely come back for more!
Thank you mga ate & nanay!

The portions are small for the price, and the taste needs a lot to improve; merely blunt. It lacks uniqueness and is way too expensive compared to other Filipino restaurants in Tampa. One vivacious is that a daily special sale without rice! My wife is highly disappointed.

So far have tried the lumpia, siomai and pork sisig. Everything was very good. I wish the serving size of sisig was bigger but it comes with rice so it’s a good value for the price. Will be trying more of the menu but so far so good and always happy to see Filipino cuisine options expanding in the area. Try them out!
