We’ve stopped at Maestros on a food tour before and visited the speak easy but never gone for a full meal and I’m so happy we finally did. Everything was excellent. We had the calamari appetizer, it was cooked perfectly and the pepper jelly was perfect. My husband had the burger which was easily the largest and best burger he’s ever had. I got the sweet and spicy salmon tempura bowl and the flavors were insane. The portion of salmon was huge, it was crispy the sweet/spicy sauce was the perfect amount and flavor. The mix of rice, edamame, Brussels, cabbage and seasoning left me wishing I had a bigger stomach! Lastly the wine selection was everything you could want. The food was so good I almost forgot to mention our server. She was the kindest most helpful young lady! All around excellent meal and experience.

It’s Valentine’s Day so there was a little bit of a wait but the staff was very friendly and made sure to accommodate our every request with a smile. The food was delicious. My husband and I ordered the Chicken Piccata. Even though, it was a late rsvp, the food tasted very fresh and cooked like it was the first plate of the day. We will be back immediately.

Where do I begin? We had burgers from Maestro Bistro and they were so good. We had the option of truffle or garlic Parmesan fries ( the best!) Because it was my birthday, they served complementary dessert. The flavor profile was simply amazing and their service impeccable.

The ambience was very chill and moody as expected from a speakeasy, very authentic. Then the food came and mouth explosions!!! From the oysters and calamari (undressed) to the entrees (aged American Wagyu & Mariscos Pasta), it was too good. Fully recommend.

Food was delicious! Prices were reasonable. Customer service was great! Everything was great except our drinks were not refreshed before we finished them. Had to wait approximately 6 -7 minutes for another drink. Was never asked if we wanted another drink. We had to ask for another. Had to wait more than 10 minutes to order food. So we sat there waiting. We were not allowed to order appetizers first. Was told it needed to be ordered all together? Those two things we feel they need to work on. We drove over 2 hours to eat here for our daughter’s birthday. They gave her 2 cake choices. That was nice. Presentation was good
