I’ve been here for takeout and hired them for catering. The quality is ALWAYS consistently great. They have different daily specials (sign up for their emails!) and your favorite Filipino staples, from tinuno to pinakbet to gisantes and lumpia. Hired them for a catering job, and they did not disappoint. Food was fresh and hot, and they deliver too. Locally owned and operated, so go and support.

We arrived at Mae Mae’s shortly before closing so she was sold out of all her specials and most popular items. But she fried us up some chicken and we fleshed it out with what she had left. Despite getting only her least favorite items, our meal was fantastic! We loved our time chatting with Mae and really enjoyed her food at the beach. We also really enjoyed her dessert item called Halo Halo. Be sure to get that, stir it all together, and enjoy. Oh, and this was also the least expensive food we had anywhere in Hawaii. Don’t miss this local gem.

It’s a grab and go spot. We had the Korean chicken with fried shrimp also the sushi bowl bowl. It comes with lumpia and mac salad everything was made fresh. It was absolutely delicious! Recommend !

A very sweet lady greeted us. Having limited experience with Filipino food, i asked for recommendations outside of lumpia and glad I did! The Tinono (pork belly that is marinated in a savory marinade and veggies) was DELICIOUS! It’s a hidden gem/great hole-in-the-wall for take out!
