The manager, Sloan, also contributed to a great visit
The food – as always – very tasty.
We have tried various dishes here so cannot recommend just one. The whole menu is dish.
Food comes out hot and in a timely manner. We always go during the day, so I cannot vouch for the nightlife, but I’ll bet it’s just a good!
My pics and videos also show the outside and parking lot (might be helpful to find it), and I do done panorama pics ( if they look distorted, that’s why).
Overall, highly recommend !

This was our 4th time eating dinner at Mae and Co and they are always consistent with phenomenal food and a great atmosphere. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich and I had the LFC, Louisiana Fried Chicken, and both were absolutely delicious. We shared the hazelnut beignets for dessert and I will be dreaming about that dessert for a long time.
Hannah served us while we sat at the bar and her customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks. Every part of our visit was wonderful and we cannot wait to come back again.

Definitely a hidden gem in Shreveport. Me and husband decided to try the place out after seeing an online review. The place is tucked away in a very nice area. The service was amazing. Corley our waitress was super nice and inviting! She went over all of the specials! From the time we came in and left we were acknowledged and felt welcomed. Blake the Owner even came over to our table to tell us more about the restaurant. The food is delicious, I really felt like I was in Baton Rouge, LA or somewhere further down south. I will definitely return.

Was looking forward to the half chicken but Sunday is a brunch only menu. We started with Oysters Rockytop-very tasty but two tiny, two medium and two large oysters .
My finer half ordered the Akaushi Beef Debris Poboy with onion rings-her words fancy pot roast with stale or heavily toasted bread. I had The Cure-i was excited until I saw it was floating in oil (see after pic). Beef had good flavor, but the OIL!
Overall not worth bill.

This was our first but not our last time at this wonderful restaurant. I was looking on line for top rated restaurants in Shreveport and this one came up. We had to try it. We got the soft pretzel with lobster and crab queso, the chargrilled oysters that had poblano and pork belly I can’t remember the name but they were the best we have ever had and we split the double meat burger with onion rings. We recommend this place highly. Would give more stars if there were more.

Grabbed a quick bite and chilled in the nice outdoor seating area. I had the Screendoor salad with raisins, blue cheese, and pepper jelly vinaigrette…simple but super tasty. Also got the original charbroiled oysters on the side, and they were loaded with flavor.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Mae & Co is incredible! Every single bite is bursting with flavor and made with love. The food is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and downright delicious. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the whole experience just makes you feel good. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, Mae & Co never disappoints — hands down one of my favorite places to eat!

I enjoyed a birthday brunch at Mae & Co on Jan 11th. I was surprised at the size of the space. It’s a smaller establishment. We didn’t have a reservation but luckily we arrived shortly after they opened. I say lucky because the business does pick up quickly and after tasting the drinks and the food I understood why. The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The chicken and beignets were my favorite but they tied with the old fashioned shrimp and grits paired with the jalapeño cornbread. I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.
