South Indian Authentic culinary touch in Edmonton now. I tried today Rava masala Dosa basically made in Suji ( Semolina) from newly opened Madras Kitchen Resterurant. Great taste. It has more parking space, very friendly servise also clean & calm environment with Tamil & Hindi songs & Music. I really recommend for a family gather or small Party. It has a lot of space.

Madras Kitchen Dosa & Biryani is a very nice place. The dosa was big, crispy, and tasty. Chutney and sambar were fresh and flavorful. The place was clean and service was good. I really enjoyed the food and will come again.

I had the chance to try Madras Dosa in Edmonton during their soft launch, and it was such a delightful experience! Right from the start, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with staff who were attentive and friendly. What really stood out, though, was the food. The rasam was simply outstanding fragrant, flavorful, and filled with that comforting aroma you expect from authentic South Indian cooking. It set the perfect tone for the meal.
I also tried their fried rice and podi idly, and both were excellent in their own unique ways. The fried rice was well-balanced with spices, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor, while the podi idly was a real highlight. It had that signature burst of flavors from the podi spice mix, making it both comforting and exciting at the same time. Every bite brought back memories of home-style South Indian food, which is not easy to find in Edmonton.
Since this was just their soft launch, the menu was limited, but even then, the dishes showcased the richness of South Indian cuisine. I’m really looking forward to their grand opening and can’t wait to explore more of their menu. Definitely a must-visit!

Nice place. Meat and clean. We ordered fish pakora and dosas. Fish was good and appropriately spiced. Dosa were very good but the chutneys were quite average, specially the coconut chutney.

Just took away Idli & Sambhar, must say taste is awesome, just like it should be. Would recommend to increase the quantity for sambhar, it was not enough for four pieces of idli. Otherwise it’s just perfect!

One of thee best South Indian place to eat. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They food exceeded my expectation. My wife doesn’t eat spicy so I did tell them and they really made it as per our requirement. I’ll add this place to my go to place regularly. Thank-you again.
