Madras Dosa Company is a fantastic spot for authentic South Indian flavors.
Their sandwiches are surprisingly delicious and clearly made with fresh, local ingredients.
You can really see the care and effort the team puts into preparing each item.
The food tastes homemade and consistently well-crafted.
A great place to visit if you appreciate quality, flavor, and genuine hospitality.

Went on a weekday morning for brunch. They have a versatile menu. Limited seating available. The quality of food and quantity are both really good. We tried both a vegetarian and a non vegetarian dosa. Both tasted very good. The crepe was crisp. The place is reasonably priced

Had the black chickpea chaat without yogurt. I’m not a fan of street food generally, but it was fine.
I wanted the vegan dosa, but they were out of plant-based meat. Still nice to know they have such an option.

This was probably the best dosa I’ve ever had up to this point! It was crispy and very nicely cooked/seasoned. I also ordered the pani puri which was equally delicious! If you’ve never had dosa before, this is a great spot to try it, you won’t be disappointed!

As a big fan of Indian food, it was great to find this place on Nassau Street. They have a modern interior and a vast menu. Although the wait time was a bit long, their dosa and panipuri (first time trying this) was a one of a kind experience. I genuinely love panipuri now and will come back to try it again!

Great find! Cute little restaurant serving delicious treats. Loved the Dosa, perfectly cooked tasting light and crisp. The Sambhar and Chutneys were amazing. The Bhel puri chaat was delightful. The only thing missing was a little salt in the Kheema Pav. Friendly staff, overall a good dining experience. Must try if strolling on Nassau street.

It was a great experience at this location, we went to have some amazing dosas and were really impressed by the quality and also the taste of their chutneys. We had Pav Bhaji Dosa, Paneer Pesarattu, Pav Bhaji and Aloo Tikki chat. All these dishes were really tasty and pretty fresh as they are made right in front of you. We also had a Mango Lassi and Sweet Lime Soda, both these drinks were tasty as well.

A really small, cute place. Can probably seat around 25 people, but not more than that. We ordered the chicken dosa, masala dosa and samosa chaat. Both the dosas were decent but not as good as the hype for that place by other reviewers. The samosa chaat was better than the dosas, but again, nothing too special or extravagant. Good enough for people who do not like too much spice.

Me and my friends randomly decided to here as we were leaving Princeton and it was AMAZING! I got the lamb dosa and it was so so good, as an Indian I’ve never had dosa w lamb and I was pleasantly surprised. My friend got the chicken with cheese one and that was amazing as well. I can’t wait to come back to try the other options, esp the canteen sandwiches! Def recommend.

Honestly it was good good Mysore masala dosa. They are also in nyc. The chutney was tasty and sambar was steamy goodness. The dosa menu is very unique with both vegetarian and protein options. I highly recommend this for to go or stay.
One thing they could use a better cutlery for dine in , something other than plastic. The dosa was crunchy and soft, the potato filling was perfect.
Highly recommended and definitely worth a try
