MadMax BBQ is a mobile food truck that serves some of the best BBQ in the city. Our goal is to help the community out as much as we can, while offering on site catering. MadMax BBQ caters any event no matter how big or small. We just don’t specialize in BBQ, we do it all! We are a catering food truck. We are open for all catering events! We do small and large parties.Any and all sizes! We also do corporate events, birthdays, family gatherings etc. We do not set up and sell. We only do catering events.

We had Max come out to cater for our team and they are STILL talking about how good it is! Portion sizes are Texas sized :). We elected to have plates with sausage, chicken and brisket with a side of potato salad and beans, so GOOD! The potato salad was creamy and not too much mustard, beans were perfection! I really enjoyed the sausage since it had a nice little zing to it. We would definitely use them again. Catering was simple, payment was easy and straight forward, customer service was outstanding. You will not regret working with Max and his team!

MadMax catered my family’s event, and everything was outstanding. The food looked and tasted amazing, and there was plenty of food to feed all 60 of us. We even had enough for some to take home. He was very nice, courteous and pretty funny. He came an hour early to make sure everything was setup. We will be booking him for our next family gathering. I highly recommend MadMax.

I’ve eaten at many places. The taste is its own advocate. Great vibes. The brisket is life!! The pork ribs are so tasty! The owner Max was on point on checking up with us and making sure we were satisfied. They served our corporate event. We had roughly about 300 associates. Everyone was pleased and happy with the food and service.

Hands down this is a solid 5 star rating.
The food was EXCELLENT and the portions were plentiful. We had ribs, chicken, potato salad and beans with all the fixings. I highly recommend this business as they are also extremely professional, timely and friendly. We will definitely do repeat business with them.
