Absolutely delicious and such warm and welcoming people! I split the Ranchero Pork Sandwich, Potato and Leek Galette, and a slice of Peaches and Cream Cake. The bread on the sandwich was amazingly fluffy yet structurally sound and was a great vehicle for the flavorful and juicy pork. We were pretty full after splitting the galette and the sandwich, but it was impossible to resist finishing the slice of cake 🙂 I would definitely come back the next time I am in Madison!

Stopped in for a late lunch. The Emma sandwich and pastries were incredible. As expected, the bread used in the sandwich was crunchy and flavorful. The expresso chocolate cookie wasn’t too heavy on the coffee flavor, either. It’s definitely a memorable spot.

I was hopeful I might find a decent bakery, but their bread is below average. Seems like much more effort is put into aesthetics instead of the quality. Cinnamon roll was nothing special and the baguette seemed a bit stale. The croissants looked dry and sad. They’re charging premium for a substandard product.

Excellent bakery. Quality of bread is 100% consistent, staff is kind, the prepared items are very good. The food is simple and well crafted. Coffee is good too. Got our wedding cake here. The galettes, pastries, everything can’t really be any better.

Wow wow wow! I’m visiting and this was recommended. I love good bread and pastries and this was right up there. I got the toast with sheeps milk and cheese, it was one of the most perfect breakfast items I’ve ever had. The bread is awesome, so tender and moist. The cheese and jam combo is next level.
