Had the Street BOB smash burger and added bacon with loaded tater kegs. Probably one of the best burgers. Seasoned perfectly, juicy cheeseburger with incredible flavor.
The staff is friendly and attentive. Family friendly atmosphere with great service and a delicious menu. Clean restrooms. Will be coming back to taste test the entire menu.

Had the Fatboy burger with the loaded tater kegs, it was amazing. Everyone in our party love their food. Service was awesome, our waitress had a great personality and was super attentive.

Our server Callie was super sweet. She was attentive and quick. The restrooms were clean and well designed. As a nurse I like to dry my hands and get a clean dry paper towel to open the door and their trash can was right there to dispose of it. The ambiance was great and the decor was so cool and interesting. They serve Pepsi products so my mom was happy she got her Diet Pepsi. Lunch specials are wonderful. The water was good, obviously filtered. The food was super tasty. Definitely will return. 10/10 recommend!

The best smash burger in Winston Salem, the “FATBOY smasher”!! Loaded with 3 fresh patty’s, bacon, cheese, and their Madhouse burger sauce!! Along with a side of loaded cheese fries which were perfect! Highly recommend the Brisket Brat as well, and if you have a sweet tooth grab a Cookie Monster before you head out, you won’t regret it!
This spot is really cool, and family friendly! Great atmosphere, the more you look the more detail you’ll notice!
Staff is friendly and service is quick, but they don’t rush you like other places, kick back have some great food and enjoy!

Went to the New Madhouse Bar and Grill and it was outstanding. What an improvement over the previous owner. The re-model looks great, food was outstanding and great service. We will now come just to eat . before we would only come if we happened to visit the dealership.
