The atmosphere is so romantic here. The wait staff was so knowledgeable on their menu and drink selection and had a positive demeanor. The food was absolutely delicious, truly worth the price. The plating was so pretty and the flavor was amazing. The Peach Foster Cheesecake was the best dessert to end the night with. I’ve recommended it at least 10 times in the past day, and I could not recommend this place enough. Absolutely worth the 5 stars!

Fantastic food, service, and drinks! Everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot, was delicious and described to us by our server. It was nice to hear about each component. We made reservations for another visit shortly after leaving. We will be taking my parents next time!

First time for us eating at this restaurant. I made reservations for my husband’s birthday dinner. When we arrive they had the table decorated this was a nice touch. The service was excellent our bartender who was also our waiter made amazing drinks for my husband and myself. We did had to wait a little longer for the food but it was worth it. It is very hard to find fine cuisine in the area, so for us this was fantastic specifically not being from Evansville (Indiana).

First timers-We had a reservation, arrived early, and were seated immediately. We sat on the patio to listen to the live music, but the musicians microphone wasn’t loud enough, and the party next to us was extremely loud and distracting. My partner and I couldn’t even have a conversation because we couldn’t hear one another talk.

This is one of the best places I have eaten in the tri state. The whiskey selection is beyond amazing. Fair prices and delicious food. I had the peanut butter pork chop and it was peanut goodness mixed with a tender pork. Definitely coming back when I come back here. Kudos to the chef!

I wish I had checked the reviews before we went to this spot, I would have seen that the 3 5 star ratings were from months ago and the recent ones were very poor ratings. We were so excited to go out on a date while we were in town, we heard Madeleines was the place to go. Unfortunately that was not the case. Our dinner was very expensive for the plate we received. My husband thought he was getting a New York strip steak with onions and crostini and he received 5 pcs of over cooked steak ON a crostini with a blob of onions on top of it for $44. The pasta dish I ordered boasted steamed vegetables and there were minuscule pieces of asparagus and tomatoes in the pasta, no real vegetables, I wish I taken a photo. Also, our Caesar salad did not come before our hot meal and the staff was boggled as to why we cancelled the salad. We are very familiar with fine dining but this was not even close, the atmosphere was great but I’m very sad we had wasted our night out here, we should have had a clue when we read the House Rule #1 printed on the menu which stated “Lack of preparedness on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part” what a rude and pretentious thing to put on a menu. Next time we’ll go to Comfort and have an outstanding meal, our brunch there the next day was fabulous.

Best ribeye steak we have had in a LONG time! Nice crust with a very juicy center! I loved their take on the wedge salad. The cherries jubilee was amazing. Great experience. Our server, Charles, was very polite and attentive.
