I had the absolute best date night at Made in Italy in Venice, and I can’t give it enough praise!
With so many people becoming more aware and choosing a healthier, more compassionate way of living, finding a restaurant that truly gets it is incredible! I was over the moon when I saw that Made in Italy has an entire vegan section on their menu! It makes dining out so easy and exciting. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. You don’t have to miss out on your favorite Italian classics. Instead, you get to enjoy a healthier, animal-cruelty-free choice that tastes just as amazing, if not better. The flavors were rich, authentic, and made with clear passion!
Finding a restaurant like this is such a joy. It’s a must-visit for anyone who wants incredible food that aligns with their values. We will be back again and again!!

We stopped in for dinner not knowing what to expect, and this turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip — maybe even one of the best we’ve ever had.
We ordered a pizza that was absolutely amazing, along with bruschetta that was fresh and full of flavor. Both of our mixed drinks were fantastic — I had a smoked old-fashioned that was perfectly balanced, and Brita’s caramel apple martini was a huge hit.
For dessert, we tried the tiramisu served in a small canning jar — and honestly, it was the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire experience was unforgettable.
Highly recommend Made in Italy if you’re anywhere near Venice, FL — a true gem!

We have been here in the past – things have definitely went downhill- we were sat in the back of the restaurant- which as it turned out was where the band set up to play – while we were eating the band was moving tables around us – made for a really lousy dining experience. The drinks were not good at all – the old fashioned was mostly simple syrup with an orange slice – the dirty martini was 90% olive juice. I ordered the lasagna which was ok – served luke warm not hot – the wife ordered the lobster ravioli which was as again ok – but at least hot – the atmosphere is anything but fine dining – it’s a restaurant working to be a bar – while we’re were finishing up our meals the band which is literally 3-4 feet from us decides lighting up incense pods – which was simply the best as I have asthma – and had to leave. In fairness the manager did tell us that the band started about nine and if it too loud when the start they will try to find us another table – not that they would be on top of us the entire time we were eating. It’s sad to see a place decline so rapidly. Our concerns were met with “so sorry”

We visited Venice Beach for the day and had a lovely stroll from the beach into town stopping at Made In Italy for lunch! The food was amazing and truly authentic Italian! The service was excellent! It is truly a must visit! Thank you for a great dining experience!

Great staff and food. Sat on the terrace and had a couple martinis and a bottle of chianti, all was great. Complementary bread was served. Had a wedge salad and a pizza which was delicious. Bill came to about 100$, which seemed reasonable for the price.

I love this place. It was hot out, but freezing inside, so we sat under a fan outside. Also, the inside is dark and not as inviting as it could be. But the food and service are always spot on. I had the Amalfi salad (again), and it always makes me happy. My husband nearly licked the plate his fettuccine Alfredo came on. The fresh, light and delicious bread was served with quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which were delicious on my salad, and very authentic Italian restaurant. We shared a 1/2 liter of Montepulciano, and left happy.

My wife and I had an amazing date night at Made in Italy. We sat in the “back room” which felt like the best kept secret of the whole place. It was so authentically decorated and made the most warm and inviting atmosphere.
My wife ordered a house salad and the Rigatoni Con Cream E Salsiccia. The salad was a large portion for one and the tomatoes tasted like they came straight from the garden. It was served with freshly shaved parmesan which topped it off nicely. The pasta was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spinach, sausage, and homemade rigatoni pasta. The creamy cheese sauce was very flavorful and light.
I had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of Fettuccini Alfredo. The chicken was a generous portion and perfectly cooked. It was crispy, cheesy and full of flavor. Paired nicely with the side of Alfredo with homemade pasta.
We enjoyed the ambiance as much as we enjoyed the food and we can’t wait to return!

We had already had dinner at another restaurant, but we came to Made in Italy just for a drink. The smoked cocktail made by bartender John was absolutely delicious. We also ordered two small appetizers to go with our drinks, and everything was fine.

We read the negative reviews but we had a great experience.
We had 4 diners, all of us got pasta dishes: Lobster ravioli, chicken Alfredo, mushroom truffle ravioli, and pasta with mushrooms sausage and truffle cream sauce. The food was exceptional. I had the last on the list and it was decadently rich. I could only eat half so I have a good leftover lunch too.
They sat us a high top which was not great but it worked out. Service was leisurely but we were not in a hurry. The restaurant was busy and loud.
Overall we were very happy with dinner and will go back soon.
