I ordered Shahi Paneer and naan last night through Uber Eats for pickup. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The naan was extremely hard and chewy, almost like eating plastic. The Shahi Paneer did not taste authentic at all — the gravy tasted more like plain tomato soup and even had a flavor similar to chicken gravy, which is very concerning for a vegetarian dish.

The food also tasted stale, as if it had been prepared a long time before being served. This raises concerns not only about taste but also about food quality and safety.

I called the restaurant this morning to share my concern, but the person who answered was dismissive and simply told me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. The response felt quite rude and unprofessional.

This is not just about getting a refund. When customers order food, they expect fresh, safe, and properly prepared meals. I hope the restaurant takes food quality and customer concerns more seriously in the future.

The food is good. The portion of the food is generous. Samosa is definitely my favorite of the meal, flavorful stuffing, and crispy skin.

Been here a few times for takeout, never disappointed. Good flavors and legit spicy when you want it! Highly recommend the samosas and the naan. Oh and the portions are awesome too!

We ordered veg pakora and paneer pakoras, food was very stale and veg pakoras were the worst. When I called to complain, they said their manager will phone me and refused me to provide any contact name of their manager.. I do not recommend to eat here at all.. Worst customer service I have ever experienced..

We dropped in for lunch and asked if they had a lunch special. While it wasn’t on the Menu they prepared a fabulous lunch of butter chicken, chickpeas, mixed veggies, rice and naan bread. It was all delicious and we took the leftovers home.
