Delicious food, huge servings and very friendly staff. We came on a day that was very windy and wet so there weren’t many people there. The veggie eggs Benedict was great. The Hollandaise and eggs were cooked perfectly. The breakfast burrito was huge and the sauce on top was really flavorful and added to it. The loaded hashbrowns were very filling, this ended up being two meals for us bc of how much food it was. Overall very good experience. We saw a variety of people in the cafe, we ourselves were speaking Spanish the whole time and there were 0 issues. Would go back.

Maddie’s corner Café for a nice lunch breakfast. I heard they’re racist against brown people, well, I don’t agree with that! My cousin and myself are very brown. Besides that we walked in we were greeted with a kind, friendly smile from a young man a great server. Food was great. I had the country Benedict with loaded hashbrowns. My cousin had French toast, scrambled eggs and sausage links. They have locally made hot sauce and to my surprise it was very good. Decent prices with todays economy. my eggs could’ve been done a little bit longer on the poached, but they were still edible. Not even mad about it. When we left, the young man followed me out with my boxes because I had my hands full with my baby. Great experience definitely will be back.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. It felt like a luxury cart on a passenger train from the 1960s. I absolutely loved it. The pancakes were very light and buttery. They have a beautiful crisp edge that is packed with buttery goodness to balance every bike of pancake. Best pancakes I’ve had in a very long time. The chicken fried steak was a little tough but the flavor was phenomenal!!! My favorite one in Spokane! We upgraded to the loaded hash browns which means we got cheese, bell pepper, and onion on top. It was absolutely worth it. Our potatoes had a healthy amount of cheese and toppings. The syrup had butter melted in so it looked a bit separated/weird, but there was nothing wrong with the flavor. We split a short stack (2 cakes) and a chicken fried steak and it was more than enough to fill two grown adults. 100% recommend coming here!

So glad we found this little spot just driving by! Great service, clean and cute restaurant, delicious food, flavorful coffee. Best chicken fried steak I have ever had! Makes sense because it is made from scratch. My husband’s breakfast burger looked amazing and he said it was the best burger he’s had all year. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back! (Oh and the choices of hot sauce were wonderful too.)

There should be a line of people waiting to get in here! The food is excellent, sweet cream pancakes that melt in your mouth. Large portions. The cook in Beef Tallow. Oh & the staff, they treat you like a friend. You’re coffee doesn’t have time to cool before they are offering more. Y’all get to the corner of Washington & Indiana! Closed Mondays just fyi.

I recently visited with a group of friends and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The food was outstanding served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Each dish we tried was well-prepared and clearly made with care. The service was equally excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Another highlight was the efficiency there was no wait time, and everything came out promptly. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for great food and service.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before work and was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. Got coffee and water right away while the server let me look at the menu. I ended hippo ordering the chicken fried steak and eggs. This was a great choice as the food was excellent. You can really tell the difference on the bragging when using beef tallow instead of oil. The hashbrowns and chicken fried steak were well fried, crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. There eggs were exactly as I requested with a solid white and runny yolk. The homemade jam was also fantastic! The price is very reasonable, got 2 large plates of food for 20 bucks. Pretty much the same price as a fast food meal but much better. I like that they make do many things from scratch and use local meats. Highly recommended

Stopped at Maddie’s Diner on a whim for breakfast on our way home, and we’re so glad we did! I had the biscuits and gravy—absolutely perfect, some of the best I’ve had. My wife had the veggie omelette, which was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Everything was 10/10 amazing. Great food, cozy vibe, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend Maddie’s. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent!! My party had the chili cheese omelet, meat lovers omelet, and chicken fried steak with loaded hash browns. We will be adding Maddie’s Corner Cafe to our list of favorite breakfast restaurants in Spokane.

Good place for traditional breakfast. It’s small so there might be a wait on busy weekends. We had the bene breakfast burrito and the eggs with sausage and both were great. The burrito could be shared because it’s big. We especially liked the hashbrowns and the wheat toast was better than most restaurants.
