After so many attempts to get there, I finally made it — thanks to my girlfriends!
What can I say? When we arrived, it definitely felt like a girls-only place. Not a single man in sight, and it was completely busy — probably because it was lunchtime on a weekday.
The atmosphere was nice and neat. We absolutely loved the fresh flowers on each table — such a sweet touch! You can really tell the owners are trying to create a special and cozy vibe.
The dessert display was beautiful. One of those moments when you look at it and say, “Wow.” And the taste did not disappoint! We especially loved the meringue cake and the Pavlova — both were delicious.
We also ordered a few savory items, and everything was nicely done with great flavor.
If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to have more table size options. Larger or square tables would make it more comfortable for bigger groups like ours.
Overall, it’s a lovely place for a cup of coffee or tea, a quick bite, and a nice chat with friends.
Such a cute spot — you should definitely check it out and make your own opinion about it!

Madame Brioche is such a gem! This family-owned bakery and breakfast spot is incredibly welcoming — everyone is genuinely kind and makes you feel right at home. The space is spotless, the food is absolutely delicious, and the pastries are fresh and perfectly made. Their lattes are just as good as the food — smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can really tell how much pride they take in what they do. Highly recommend stopping by — it’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Highly recommend! We’d give it six stars if we could!! Food was fantastic and came out quickly. We got the prosciutto croissant and Turkey croissant, both full of flavor and very fresh. Coffee was so good we got some to go! Presentation of everything was beautiful which made it very hard to pick what to get haha. We will definitely be back to try more on the menu!

I have died and gone to heaven. You have got to check their bathrooms, they are kept in immaculate conditions. The pastries are very tasty, not too sweet, and a good balance for diabetics. Forget Starbucks. I am serious. Erase Starbucks out of your mind right now and go to Madame Brioche. The food are excellently balanced, priced, and made by people. If you have a date, school report to do, or want to listen to great music GO!

I’m truly glad this café opened in Jacksonville — it’s a real European gem. Madame Brioche reminds me of the cafés back home: beauty, elegance, thoughtful service, and exceptional quality in every detail.
Each pastry and dish is crafted with real skill and care — beautifully presented, full of character, and clearly made with heart. The croissants are light and airy, everything is fresh, portions are generous, and orders arrive surprisingly fast.
The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, the design is charming, and the whole place feels uplifting. A genuinely delightful spot.
Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed at the food here. From the reels on Instagram, I expected more. The restaurant itself was very pretty. The staff seem friendly. However, the food was disappointing. The restaurant name is Madame brioche so I expected the brioche meals to be delicious and soft. I had the vegan avocado toast and my partner had the bacon and egg avocado brioche toast. The brioche is so hard it is impossible to eat. Brioche is supposed to be soft and moist and delicious and buttery. However, the brioche here was so hard. It is impossible to eat. I’m not sure if we came on the wrong day but based on that experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning here. The croissant dessert that we had was definitely delicious but other than that, the food itself wasn’t great.

This was a little gem that is a surprise to find so close to home. It feels like you’re in San Marco one you’re inside. There are beautifully painted murals on the wall. They also have a bunch of glass case displayed goodies from one side of the counter all the way to the other. Just look at them! I ordered their avocado toast and pistachio hit chocolate. Super delicsh… The avocado toast was pressed high with flavor filled healthy warmth. The toast was thick and the egg on top was a great touch. The hot cocoa had a good hint of pistachio in it. Not too hot so I didn’t have to wait a long time to enjoy it with my meal. The have a slice of strawberry cake that was a perfect balance of sweet and light. I felt no guilt when I was done. Their Oatmeal had a bunch of fruit and it made devouring it not-an-option. The seating was so soft and the staff were on point. At no time where we having to wait for anything of we needed anything. I finished everything off with a pistachio crossaint that was filled and topped with whip cream and strawberries. This is just a great place to knock out your hunger!

My first time visiting and this place is the absolute cutest! The vibes are amazing, the service was amazing and the food and presentation was very good! I didn’t get a chance to try the desserts because the food was so filling but everything looked beautiful. I will definitely be returning to five those mouth watering cinnamon rolls a try!

We tried Madam brioche about two weeks ago and we’re very happy with it. We recently moved to Jacksonville so finding out another cute bakery opened was a great surprise.
To start off there’s plenty of parking and when you enter the bakery, there’s a kiosk on the left where you can place your order yourself or you can walk up and place an order with a staff member.
When we went, there was a line at the kiosk so we went up to the front and I believe we were helped by the owner. She’s super friendly positive attitude and very welcoming- that obviously adds to the environment!
The displayed food was so eye-catching and beautifully made – it’s hard to choose something to eat!
My only suggestion would be to add items to the menu like a plain croissant because let me tell you they really nailed it. I personally ate the prosciutto croissant and the croissant was perfect- flaky buttery, not thick and heavy it tasted legit!
They’re still in their soft opening face, so it’s exciting to see what will come of this!

Great service and lovely atmosphere. The croissant itself was outstanding. Egg brioche lacked seasoning, could have used salt and pepper or have some on the table. The bacon jam was terrific. Cheese sauce didn’t have any flavor. French toast and cappuccino were good. Will be back to try other menu items.
