This brunch spot was overall great! The menu was huge with all sorts of breakfast options. If you’re a pastrami lover, they have several options, which I thought was unique. All plates had big portions and everything was tasty. The brioche beignets were freshly made and really good.

My only comment is that the space is not too big and it will get very busy around 11am-1pm. Since it was a Sunday, our food took a bit of time to arrive and it was a bit loud. Outside of that, the service was good and everyone was friendly.

Madam Brioche Bistro is a charming brunch spot worth trying. The Eggs Benedict were excellent, and the double espresso latte was very good—smooth and well made. The French toast, however, was average.

We were seated near the entrance, and with the ceiling fan running and the door opening frequently, the food cooled down quite quickly.

Overall, it’s still a nice place with good brunch options, and I would recommend giving it a try. ☕

We had a nice Sunday meal at Madame Brioche. It was nice to see ownership so active in the restaurant.
Food was delicious and efficiently brought to the table. Our server had a good sense of humor and brought us a few laughs. We would recommend and will definitely return soon!

This place was recently recommended to us, and we decided to give it a try — so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the greeter and staff made us feel genuinely welcome.

We ordered the salmon omelette and the goat cheese quiche, with roasted potatoes and salad on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection and served at the perfect temperature. Every bite was flavorful — no need for extra salt or seasoning.

We also took some pastries to try at home, and they were just as delicious.

We’ll definitely be back to keep exploring other options on their menu!

Okay – chair height to table height, I might be wrong but they’re off by 5″+, making it a bit uncomfortable for me. The atmosphere was solid, waitstaff on it. This place seems very clean & the pastry cases will make you drool. I had a Ruben that was super – could have more Kraut, but that’s me. My wife’s french toast was tasty & she suggested it could have more toppings, like more strawberries & whipped cream; again, personal preference.

It was our first time visiting this particular restaurant. We were greeted by the owner herself and given excellent service /hospitality. The quality of coffee was excellent as the food quality was also great! I did order cowboy breakfast which was definitely excellent except for the burger overcooked, dry. That shouldn’t drop overall quality of all the food quality and service quality. I specifically asked for a well done burger. My fault. I will definitely go back to this restaurant as I really enjoyed everything they offered. I highly recommend!

If you’re ever in Conroe, Texas, you have to eat here.
I typically avoid breakfast spots because they all feel the same—bland, overhyped, and underwhelming. But this place? This place completely changed my mind. Every single dish I had was cooked perfectly—nothing undercooked, nothing overdone, and absolutely nothing tasted generic.

I sat outside on a beautiful 70-degree morning, and the outdoor seating was just right. Comfortable chairs, great atmosphere, and even better food. The eggs benedict were rich and flavorful, the biscuits and gravy were solid (not the best I’ve ever had, but far from bad), and the ham and cheese omelette? Perfectly cooked. So many places mess up something that should be simple, but this was done with care and precision. Oh—and the croissant was fluffy, golden, and straight-up delicious.

The service? Top tier. From the greeter—who might’ve been the manager, honestly, with how welcoming he was—to my server Cindy, everything was smooth. Cindy was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you go, ask for Cindy—she’ll take care of you.

Whether you’re local or just passing through like I was, this is the breakfast spot worth going out of your way for. I’d come back just for that omelette.

This is a review after 3 visits : my first two visits were on weekday mornings with myself and my kids and overall had a relatively OK experience with Service, slow at times but still acceptable. The food was mediocre at best. Their “ French pastries” were extremely doughy and lacked proper lamination as expected in a croissant or pain suisse for example.

We had people visiting from out of town and despite my better judgment, they wanted to try it, and boy did we regret it: we were two families with two kids each. The restaurant was busy, but not completely full so we were seated immediately. We were able to order drinks and food. Our food took some time to come but pastries arrived: the bread pudding was dry as bone: it was clearly premade many days ago with very little sauce on top. It was still cold from the inside. The Jesuit Pastry had decent lamination, but barely any almond cream making it extremely dry.
The omelette arrived with a very thin layer of egg mixture folded over a bunch of vegetables. The omelette was under seasoned but what struck me was the side salad next to it had no dressing at all, and was just a bunch of green leaves.

Even though the restaurant is geared towards families and kids by the presence of large white tablecloth paper for drawing, coloring, crayons, and special kids menu sheets, the owner seemed extremely annoyed by our presence as we were getting ready to leave and did not make any effort to hide it with the eye rolls etc, even though we tried to remain as courteous and respectful to everyone else along with tipping our waiters for their hard work. Dining with toddlers is hard enough and might cause a slightly bigger mess but I have never witnessed that reaction firsthand so bluntly.

Needless to say, this experience left us extremely sour about this place (have never had managers look us in the eye visibly annoyed by our presence/kids), especially with guests visiting. It was so evident that even our guests noticed and asked if we did something that was offensive to other patrons or if any kids was behaving inappropriately (they weren’t )

Reading different reviews now, it is evident that they do struggle with large groups so if you are a family with young children, consider carefully visiting this place as clearly they may be uninterested in having families with toddlers.

PS: I am sure many folks would find this place perfect/decent for their bistro , but for this family who travelled the world, I can assure you I never had anything like this in Paris, Lyon, Normandie, Nice.

This review is not meant to hurt anyone but to genuinely shed light on some of the implicit (and explicit) biases of some folks.
