Amazing Pizzas, crust is perfect, toppings are fresh and super flavorful. They have a pretty varied selection of pizzas and are not shy with the amount of toppings on each pie. 10/10 would definitely eat here again.

First of all, the worst customer service i’ve had. I called the shop because we ordered 3 pizzas for $69 dollars and the pizzas were tiny. Second of all, the manager spoke to me with such disrespect, I could not believe it. I told him that we ordered 3 pizzas, or 12 slices and only received 10 slices. At the end of the day it’s not a huge deal, but for $70 bucks it is a big deal. And the manager, tells me i’m wrong. He spoke to me rudely, and told me that tha is impossible. I could not believe it. I can go to Domino’s and buy a large pizza for $7 bucks, but here i’m paying almost $20 bucks a pizza. I wish I could say i’m happy, because the pizza was good, but the customer service was horrible. I hope this does not happen to someone else.

Pizza that tastes like a dish pit and leaves your stomach (and wallet) begging why for days. Entire restaurant is unclean. Ran by one guy (which i have empathy for to a point) but when you’re gloveless, answering your store phone covered in grease, and then preparing my food with pizza spatulas stored in a milk crate on the floor, the empathy stops. Should I have asked for my money back? Probably. Did I feel like arguing a one man show while drunk on a friday? Absolutely not. Do not go.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was easily the worst pizza Ive had in my life. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in regards to the whole experience, but it was genuinely not okay what we got. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through, partially raw dough, which made it really soupy and half of the toppings totally slid off by the time we got it at the door. It tasted off, not sure if that was it just being made horribly, or if the sauce was just weird and not good.

Worst disgusting pizza I ever had in my life. The pizza is falling apart. The white sauce is very disgusting. They put too much white sauce it taste like mayonnaise it makes me wanna puke. Super yummy pizza here!! The classic pepperoni was very generously layered, and had perfectly crispy edges The house made tomato sauce was really nice too!
We also enjoyed the Mad Scientist! The pesto sauce was delish, and it had a great cheese to topping ratio
The only thing that wasn’t perfect was really the fault of DoorDash / Caviar I think! We ordered a Madaccini pasta assuming it was a fettuccini with white sauce, but actually got penne with tomato sauce. I saw on the actual Mad Pizza website that there is a choice for sauce available, but DoorDash doesn’t show any options!
So if the owner reads this, it would be great if you could check on that, since it was a disappointing to get a different pasta than we expected, but understandable when working with third party apps 🙂
Overall it the food was great and we will definitely be ordering again!

I love their pizza, it’s well priced, but i have been in this store many times and every time they call me sir, even though I’ve asked them not to. All in all, a good restaurant but their service is not the best.

Pizza arrived quickly, however it must’ve been turned on its side, so all of the pizza and cheese was slid over to one side of the box. Contacted establishment and supposed owner? However, no response to three separate communications very disappointing for such an expensive pizza.

The first time I came the cook saw me and when I said hello, he looked at me then turn his back to me, so I walked out. That was a few weeks ago and I figured I should give the place a second chance. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order and waited while it was finishing. As I was looking around I heard him sneeze which happened while he was packing up wings. He also kept wiping his hands on his pant then touch someone pizza. As for my order. I ordered wings, which were flavorless and undercooked and a Detroit style pizza which was just round pizzas folded up. It was also undercooked.
