Used to order here alot. Things have gone down hill. Just ordered the “rage against…” pizza. Showed up half crust. Not worth the 20 dollars i paid for it. Aoili drizzle is actually just some globs in the middle of the pizza. Looks nothing like the menu. Wont be ordering here again

We’ve always loved Mad Mushroom on State Street since we came to Purdue years ago. Found a family value meal deal on the Mad Mush website and decided to give the Sagamore location a try, since now we are closer to this place. If more than half of the 14” large pizza is going to be just crust, probably just because we bought the family meal from your own website, maybe just don’t offer those deals at all? Is it your principle that families are supposed to just expect to be shorted on? Even the other pizza has its outer area lacking cheese and toppings. We don’t know if the issue is with the location or the discount they offered themselves, but either way this is not cool. Two stars because we know Mad Mush is better than this + at least the very small inner area of the pizza tasted good.

I had a bad experience with the Black Friday Bucks that I had received from purchasing some gifts cards. It said on the card that it was not redeemable for cash but that I had a period of time that I could use them. So I went in to use one of them one the deal of the day type of pizza and I was told that it was not redeemable for any deals, deals of the day or otherwise any other discounts. I told the person that it stated no where on the card of that being the case. I was really disappointed about this. This is something of false advertisement and felt as though the problem was not resolved. Sent a message to corporate and have had no response. Other than that the pizza is ok. Better than Dominos and Pizza Hut.

Ordered pizza at 5:36pm. No information for 2 hours when I called to see what was taking so long. They said “did you look outside your door”. Food is sitting on the ground. No knock, no text, no call. Nothing was done. Delivery isn’t their responsibility

I got a coupon in the mail for a free large pizza for moving into a new place.. I decided to use it at sagamore location because I’ve never eaten here before… but I also ordered something else so I wasn’t just going in there for free pizza. The gentleman at the counter REALLY didn’t want me to use the coupon and kept saying oh I can’t find the coupon in the system.. Was told the total was $24. After giving him the coupon that clearly stated free large pizza on it. He said $20 total. I stated.. what? With the free large pizza coupon. He said yes.. and kept jumping around the fact that the coupon was for a large FREE pizza.
I’ve never eaten here and I definitely won’t after that interaction. False advertising and the older shorter gentleman with glasses who works on second shift just didn’t want to let me use the coupon. Don’t send coupons in the mail to people if you don’t want people using the coupons.

Similarly priced to the chains, but a higher quality pizza and fantastic customer service. We love the pizza, breadsticks, and cheestix. When ordering online, check the deals tab as they often have something. Employees are efficient and friendly, even offering to walk larger orders out to my car for me.

I’ll never buy from here again. I bought a 14″ pizza and cheesy bread for $31 and received back maybe $2.00 in dough and a hand full of toppings including the cheese on it. I can get better pizza at little Caesars and for $5.00. Just thought I’d try a new place thinking I was getting an Italian pizza but didnt. Totally disappointed in not getting a quality pizza.

Pizza 30 minutes late, cold, most Pizza in middle, so mostly crust. FUNNEL CAKE fries aren’t at all like that! Was something soggy with cinnamon sugar, not even close. Threw it all out! So sad.. Not happy! Not at all, too da… expensive to throw out!
