Can I just say, we were NOT disappointed!
The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and modified our orders from the menu items allowing it to be customized to our tastes. Food was ready fairly quickly considering it was just 1 person in the kitchen. When the food arrived, the 3 of us all had HOT delicious food. OHhhhhhhhhhh! Can I just say….the POUTINE…. is to DIE for! So delicious
We come to Sarnia every 2 months and finding good food open late has always been a challenge. Until NOW! We will definitely be back!
MAD MUNCH FOR THE WIN!
Place was dirty on entry and I can’t even tell you what I saw on the floor past the counter. Had to eat outside due to the odd smell too.
We ordered a lrg poutine and a gyro w/fries.
Poutine looked good but the fries were very brown and almost warm. They certainly weren’t fresh when they were dumped from a metal bowl that had been sitting behind the counter when we walked in.
Gyro meat was very tough and dry. Could barely swallow it. And the wrap was drenched (waaaay too much) in an intensely sweet white sauce with maybe a dozen tiny bits of tomato and white onion?! That’s it, gyro meat, tomato/onion and sauce – no freshness at all.
Fries… Cold and dry.
I really wanted to like this place. I generally love hole-in-the-wall, off the beaten path diners, but my daughter and I were thoroughly disappointed here
