Totally amazing, this is my 3rd time here in a month.The first time and the 2nd I had the Big Mac Burger w/ garlic parm fries. Very good, it’s a Big Mac on steroids..it does not disappoint and good luck finishing it. Today on my 3rd visit I had the MMM Burger if you like Spicy I highly recommended..Ghost pepper cheese, jalapeño and a spicy special sauce. YUMMY! No i could not finish it. I order it with Onion Rings. Also juicy and good. Oh I almost forgot we had Hot Honey Chicken Wings that was and great start to a awesome meal. Now we waddle home.

Hands down the best Chicago Style Italian Beef in the area. Plenty of hot giardiniera & au jus and a nice crusty roll. I’m originally from Illinois, and this reminds me of home. Also love the Pastrami Ruben. Good daily specials, especially Taco Tuesday. Always had great service. Nice cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Food was great rbe tenderloin was fried perfectly not drying out the pork. The tenerloin was very tender! The potato skins were top notch! Very crispy and had enough potato to fill you up. Best I’ve had in the area. Also very reasonably priced. I had water and this was $24. Large enough to take home for a second meal.

Came back second time for skins again and they the wings and pizza. Skins didn’t disappoint. Wings were OK just a hair over cooked but still good. Pizza is very filling. My preference would be to have the crust a bit crisper on the bottom, but I’m sure just depends on there oven. What to try next??

Visiting sarasota I wanted to try a few places. Mad Moes was just around the corner from where we stayed so we went and checked it out. There are a few tables outside for outdoor eating. We ate inside, which had a cozy bar vibe. Mixed hightable and booth seating in center along with bartool seating around the outer edge. Waitress was great and service was quick.
We started with avocado eggrolls which did not disappoint. Super tasty. You get two big eggrolls fried and cut into 2 (4pc total). Crispy, and the dipping sauce was a nice compliment.
My wife ordered the taco bowl which she enjoyed and looked fresh.
I ordered the bison burger with the MMM burger toppings (ghost pepper jack, mushroom, grilled onion, and jalapeno) and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. So much flavor. They had sweet potato fries so i chose those as my side. (Its nice to have more than one option as a side to go with your burger).
Lastly, ordered a couple spicy jalapeno margaritas and they were fantastic as well.
Spent ~$70 for all the above.
Prices, atmosphere, food, and service all get a thumbs up.

We, like so many others in Osprey have enjoyed dozens of meals with friends at Mad Moe’s over the last few years.
Today, a completely different story: Several other customers including ourselves commented and looked in disbelief at the abrupt unfriendly rude waiter who made watching the football game a miserable experience.
The restaurant was understaffed. This fella charged around the restaurant absent any sense that he was happy or pleased to be serving anyone. The finale; the server fella was wiping sweat from his brow and face while coming out of the kitchen, handling menus, taking customers charge card payments, and then continuing wiping his sweaty face while returning to the kitchen down the other side of the restaurant. After seeing this, and looking at others who saw it, we asked to speak to the manager privately about what we just witnessed.. Megan came out of the kitchen and upon discussing with her— she stated she didn’t see it as she was in the kitchen. She simply stated I will talk to him, with no apology or anything at all. She simply walked away without going to my table or the other 2 tables that were in disbelief.
Obviously, things have changed at Mad Moes.

What a disappointment.
The chicago beef is literally just shaved meat on dry bread. no cheese, no sauce. Idk what Chicago beef they’re used to but this is NOT it.
The crispy fries were completely soggy. why are you putting crispy fries in the same container as a hot sandwich?? That’s obviously going to make them not crispy
Barbecue chicken pizza was thin cracker like dough, with a bit of cheese, plain dry old chicken chunks, and 14 gallons of barbecue sauce around it. BBQ chicken pizza is supposed to be made with chicken marinated IN the sauce, then the pizza should have a thin layer of marinara, Carmelized or chopped red onions, covered with cheese, and the chopped marinated chicken on it.
$30 for 2 gross takeout dishes that were barely edible… yeah, we won’t be back.

Not many have commented on one of the Reuben Sandwich. Since I’m not an expert on the subject, It was well prepared, adequate portion, delicious.
No negative feed back from our large group, especially the young ones, as they enjoyed all the items they ordered.
2nd. Visit-Almost the Same as the 1st. Visit.

Love this place, there is a lot of variety in their menu and the food, drinks, and service are always excellent. Nice to seat outside and enjoy the breeze under the porch roof. Laid-back atmosphere..Surprised they weren’t busier on a Saturday early afternoon.

We are visiting from out of town. This was the first pub we saw after a sightseeing tour. The food and cold Florida beer hit the spot! It is a nice place. Being a Hoosier by birth and Boilermaker by the grace of the Almighty, I ordered the Hoosier pork tenderloin. It was outstanding! Mrs. ordered Mad Moe’s burger with tots. It was also delicious! There are several TVs for sports viewing. The Marlins are playing as I type.
