I stopped in recently and was immediately impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was — from the counters to the dining area, the whole place feels fresh and inviting. You can tell they take pride in their space and their service.
The sandwich selection is unbelievable. Whether you want something classic or something a little creative, they have a gourmet option for every mood. Everything tastes super fresh, the portions are generous, and the ingredients are top-tier.
Friendly staff, spotless environment, and a menu full of delicious choices — Mad Mac’s has definitely earned a spot on my regular rotation. Highly recommended!

I really hate to give this rating because I’ve enjoyed this place, but today was such TERRIBLE customer service that I left without even getting my food. I came in, finishing a call. The cashier watched me walk in, come to the register (no one else waiting in line), made eye contact then turned her back to me. Continued for several minutes talking to the young lady behind her making the sandwiches. Still waiting at the register, and still on my call because I haven’t been greeted & she’s not even facing my direction, while they’re giggling & chatting for at least 5 minutes, wondering why she hasn’t come to take my order (considering I’m only 2-3 feet away from her & she saw me walk in & up to the register). I eventually start looking around. Unbeknownst to me, there’s a sign under the menu about a no phone policy while ordering. I’ve been here 2 or 3 times and never noticed because I always order the same thing, no need for me to look at the menu. I ask her, “you couldn’t have just told me there was a no phone policy instead of ignoring me?” She finally turns around & just points at the sign. I advised that I didn’t see the sign initially or I wouldn’t have been on a call. But in CUSTOMER SERVICE you could just politely let the CUSTOMER know. She twists her neck & rolls her eyes & continues pointing at the sign “WE HAVE A STRICT NO PHONE POLICY”. Then takes the guy’s order that came in behind me. I have zero issue with the policy, but this cashier was SO nasty about an interaction that could have easily been explained. Not everyone is going to see a sign that is not even a full notebook sheet in size. All that needed to be said was that the policy existed. I enjoy this food, but her attitude was terrible and I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened if a manager or the owner was on site. Very disgusted with her attitude & lack of respect.

This was my first time eating here, and it didn’t quite match the great reviews I’d read. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries. The sandwich itself was flavorless, and the meat was overcooked, which was disappointing. The fries were fine, but the main dish just missed the mark for me.
I’m still willing to try the restaurant again since so many people seem to enjoy it, but I won’t be ordering the Reuben again. Hoping my next visit is better!

First time there, had a great patty melt, perfectly cooked. Also, the fries were phenomenal! Service was both friendly and prompt. Price was a bit high, but well worth it for the quality.

Unbelievable! I ordered the harvest chicken sandwich of the month and it was awesome! It was fresh, light, tasty and not too crispy. The roll was also warm and fresh. The garlic and parmesan fries were very fresh and delicious. The customer service was prompt and professional and the restaurant was very clean. These are not ‘sandwiches’ they are ‘samiches’! Only a few will understand this!

It missed the mark with the tuna salad portion; I can’t say the tuna was pre packed or made fresh. The meal was pleasantly good. Though the portion size for the fries and other sandwiches were great there are things that could of been better. The sweet tea is a great hit and the staff is definitely friendly.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2017. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN A MONTH THAT I HAVE TRIED TO ORDER FOOD ON THE PHONE AND WAS UNSUCCESFUL. I TRIED TO GIVE IT THE BENEFIT OF A DOUBT AND TRY AGAIN TODAY BY I WILL NO LONGER BE RETURNING. HOW DO YOU TAKE MY FULL ORDER AND NOT PUT IT IN. YOU PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER GOT BACK ON THE PHONE . I WALKED IN STILL ON HOLD FOR 12 MINTUES. I SAID IM HERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER SHE SAID WHAT ORDER. THEN SHE SAID OH I NEVER PUT YOUR ORDER IN THERE WAS A LONG LINE. BUT I GAVE YOU MY WHOLE ORDER AND YOU TOOK IT. IF YOU COULDNT MULTITASK THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOOK MY ORDER. THEN ANOTHER LADY TRY TO EXPLAIN WHY MY ORDER WASNT PUT IN. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. PUT THE FEMALES IN THE BACK ON THE GRILL . CAUSE THEY CANT HANDLE THE FRONT AND BRING THE MEN TO THE FRONT TO RUN THE CASH REGISTER. THERE IS ONLY ONE GOOD FRONT DESK WHO KNOWS HOW TO MULTITASK WHO DOES AN AMAZING JOB AND I KNOW EVERYONE KNOWS WHO SHE IS.
