Starters- We tried the Fried Pickles, Corn Nuggets, Onion Rings and the Combo Appetizers(which was alittle bit of all the apps).The Heart Attack seems to be where it’s at. 3 out of our party of 7 ordered the Horseshoes! We also tried the Philly, Cheeseburger, & Hot dog basket. Lastly the Talapia and Loaded Baked Potatoes! Yum! Nothing disappointed. Clean environment, cozy atmosphere, well stocked restrooms. Kid friendly. Drinks never went empty and our waitress went above and beyond! Very friendly. Excellent Customer Service. ***Good Vibes all around***.

Been a loyal customer for over 5 years almost every Sunday and until last night would have said the food was great, but we will not be back. New owners need to train the cook on customer service and how to not throw a temper tantrum. Cook, David, was cussing up a storm and dropping the F bomb because food was ordered that they were out of. He made my 13 year old daughter feel awful and she was afraid to order anything else. Slamming the door and running off customers. Worst service and treatment I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

My grandma ordered over the phone and the guy that answered and took the order sounded like he had a few too many. We ordered a grilled ham ponyshoe, a hamburger pony and pulled pork sandwich with fries. Received a hamburger pony and hamburger horse and pulled pork. All the fries were cold and the hamburgers were still pink / red inside. My first and last experience with them.

Worst experience ever. 5:38pm We sat down David the waiter said it will be a while since it was a shift change. 3 more couple came in and sat down. David started waiting on the 3 other couples then waited on us. We ordered appetizers corn nuggets and mini taco. Ordered our dinner the same time. For 50 minutes we waited for our food and the 3 couples recieved meals and appetizers. We get nothing. They bring one of our appetizers out and it was cheese curds. We gave the appetizer back after we tried one and they asked the crowd who had cheese balls. So they just gave them to the correct people after we had our fingers on them. The glasses they serve you are aluminum my glass looked like a toddler chewed on the lip of the cup. Not clean at all. We get up and get ready to leave and David starts screaming your food is up an hour later. We sat back down and the country fried steak looked so nasty and smelled like bad grease. We got up and left and then David started screaming get out making a major scene. The two bartenders were saying David you can’t talk to customers like that his response was i have been here since 10am. This is the nastiest and dirty place I have ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Food was really good! Our server was very attentive. They wouldn’t give us the check after our meal when we went to pay-just told us the total while holding on to it which was odd to me. The bathroom was out of paper towels but other than that everything was pretty good!

Food was very good. Waitresses were very friendly and attentive without being a nuisance. Band in the beer garden was awesome. Beer garden setup is great, very relaxing beautiful weather the night we were there. Over all a great experience. Also, the appetizers are good too. Menu selection has good variety w/o being overwhelming.

We aren’t normally the type to eat in a pub. We were out for a drive and happened upon Mad Jack’s. The staff are friendly. The food is good, and portions are large. Seems like a nice hometown place. If we are in the area again, we will stop in again. I’d guess if you are on a bike ride, this should be a stop.
