Decor? Excellent. Staff? Excellent.

The trio of owners (all with matching hair I might add!) are lovely and friendly… scrambling behind the counter during a rush hour trying to get meals together. Answered all of my menu questions with a quickness and provided recommendations.

The menu is fairly extensive and the food I got was well executed: The Count of Monte Cristo (a fancy turkey sandwich) and the “Mads” dessert.

The sandwich unfortunately didn’t come with a chest of gold as I was expecting, given it’s name, but what it did provide was a delicious flavor profile. The jam and cream cheese combo was very unique, unlike other sandwiches I’ve had, but it was very good for a reasonable price.

The dessert was clearly saying “eat me” much like the snack in Alice and Wonderland. I took one bite and was transported to an alternate realm where I grew to gargantuan size and had to fight off the ceiling that I was bumping into. One sip of my coffee and I shrank back down, back to reality… I fell into my seat and was relieved to have eaten such a delicious morsel. It’s chocolatey goodness overwhelmed my flavor senses.

The actual Madd Hatter said “I eat what I see” with a reply of “I get what I like”… Well, there is plenty to see and plenty to like, so you may end up finding a new local favorite

This is a delightful and whimsical spot with decor and food based on “Wonderland” hence the name. The food was incredibly delicious. I had the Mad Mac & Cheese and hubby had the Brisket Bratwurst. The Mad Mac & Cheese was creamy and had a generous topping of savory bbq brisket with crunchy jalapeno chips sprinkled on top to give it a nice blend of savory and spicy. Hubby’s came with sauerkraut and actual mustard seed (mustard) that he said was completely satisfying and great tasting. We tried the Mad Munch (popcorn with melted chocolate nonpareils) as well, totally great combination. The upside down wedding cake chandeliers, oddities, walls of dressed animal portraits and even the ladies room are all so perfectly decorated. We will go back again to try some of the other menu options (teas, fizzes, ice cream and pastries) soon! Parking is ample and this is definitely family friendly. Almost forgot to mention there is a coffee bar available without fee for Military, First Responders, and Senior Citizens! Highly recommend!

We visited today to celebrate my birthday with my sisters, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. The customer service was absolutely out of this world. The mother and her two daughters were some of the sweetest, kindest, and most pleasant people, you could truly feel the love and care they put into this place.

The atmosphere was wonderful, from the decorations to the overall theme. It’s such a brilliant and creative concept, and the themed desserts and drinks just take it to another level. Everything we ate was pure perfection.

This experience made my birthday even more special, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is awesome! Part confectionary, part Victorian tea room. I took my wife here because she is a tea room fanatic and she loved it. The Spumoni coffee is amazing! Jeckyll’s Hyde fizz is incredibly good. (Just know the fizz drinks need to be stirred to get all the flavors) Overall, can’t wait to go back!

The Count of Monte Cristo sandwich is the best take on this style of sandwich I’ve ever had. Soooo good!

This is the fun, quirky place Middle Georgia has so desperately needed.

A place so good I visited twice in one week!

My friend and I first stopped in just for fizzes coffee drinks. The place was super busy, yet the service was impressively quick. The young woman at the front counter was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly, even with a line out the door, she treated every customer like family and never rushed anyone. We loved taking in all the décor details and the character of the space. You can really tell the mom and daughters team put a lot of work and love into it.

I ended up coming back that same weekend with my parents. This time we tried more drinks and food. I had the honey mustard and onion sandwich, we shared mac & cheese, and I had another drink (the mad hatter) everything tasted homemade and the flavors were top-notch.

I would absolutely recommend this spot whether you want to grab something to go or hang out with friends. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely horrible. Wasted my money. Owner was so rude and hateful. Every dessert I tried (which was one of each out of excitement) was dry, hard to eat, tasteless and not palatable. Couldn’t even get my fork into one of them. Rubbery substance in the trifil that made me feel so sick after spitting it out. Tried microwaving to make it softer and it made it worse. Will not be back. Such beautiful cakes for such a deceiving flavor and consistency. On the up side, the cafe is very pretty and clean. Noise level is low. Just not worth eating anything in it.

Edit 2/6/2026 – my husband and I returned to this awesome location during our anniversary day out. They were packed but that just shows how popular they have become in the short time they have been open. Even though they do not have a Facebook page the owners are very friendly and responsive via email. They were even nice enough to make my favorite cake that they have displayed on their website which is hummingbird cake. They were even nice enough to hold to to make sure that we got them since we were coming from Cochran just for these cakes. We tried new drinks this time as well and they were also incredible.

My husband and I just enjoyed lunch at this adorable cafe. You feel like you have jumped down the rabbit hole as soon as you walk in. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were amazing. I love the fact that they serve the sandwiches with fresh popcorn instead of fries or a bag of chips. Everything was made fresh and delicious. My husband had the banana Foster coffee and chicken alfredo sandwich. He enjoyed everything and said that the coffee was very good. He already wants to go back which is saying a lot because we live 25 minutes away and he usually doesn’t like the themed whimsical places like I do. I got the treasure Island drink along with the southern ranch sandwich. The treasure Island drink was sweet and refreshing. The southern ranch sandwich was well balanced and very enjoyable. They did not have the hummingbird cake that I was hoping to try because I love hummingbird cake and it is very difficult to find however that is just one reason for us to return soon

We enjoyed the ice cream the most. The pastries you can eat with your eyes. The atmosphere is a fun whimsical space. I enjoyed the idea of popcorn with your sandwich or hotdog.

If you want to have vacation food without actually having to go on vacation you need to come here The food was amazing and the staff on point. 10 out of 10 recommendation especially on the mad hat sandwich. Not to mention the decor in there was so unique I felt like I walked into an old fairy tale.
