So I’ve been a regular for about a year and some change now and I’ve never had an issue with the store until now. The line was completely out the door while the employees were telling people there wasn’t any chicken available.

Discriminatory towards blue collar workers. Went in for lunch. Waited fifteen minutes. Ordered the Annie Oakley under wraps menu then they corrected me saying there isn’t a Annie Oakley wrap despite it clearly saying on the menu there is. They suggested southwest chicken wrap so I said OK. Then they just kept bugging about which toppings I wanted and I said everything it comes with. I was fed up at this point and just left. Most difficult lunch ordering experience I’ve ever had.

Went in during lunch time and didn’t have to wait in line long. Great friendly service and I ordered the crazy Ivan and it was very tasty. I also got an iced tea which had a great flavor as well. The salad was fresh and had a lot of healthy ingredients on it which made it filling. I would visit this location again.

Super great staff at this location! They moved us through the line very quickly while still being personable. Food was great too. The only complaint I have is that when we walked in there was a very strong underlying smell of cleaner that caused a bit of a headache while in the store. Overall though, super great experience!

This place was delicious! And it’s not just salad! The whole place was very clean & the staff was lovely. I had the Siam I Am with Chicken instead of Tofu. I will definitely be back! Super yummy & healthy!

The staff and food at the downtown (16th St and Stout) location of Mad Greens is fantastic! I got an utterly delicious Crazy Ivan salad (I got a Don Quixote on my last visit and loved it too! I’m coming for you next Edgar Allen Poe!)
