Happy New Year! This is the second bad review I had to leave. My other post was over six months ago and sad to say things are still the same. After requesting for a clean bowl, not one sitting on the counter with dried food in it lord knows for how long, I was punished by the portion of food in which the lady served me. Way to start off with the day. In the past after speaking with the manager I was told that clean bowls are expected to be set out on the counter with no food particles in them. I always have to ask. And the traffic was slow, so no excuses. So I believe this may well be an administration problem. Maybe they don’t train well enough for their employees to respect and follow food serving guidelines.
I took a photo and it’s hard to load up a photo from the apple phone to this. But believe me, there is enough space in this container to add another bowl.
Do yourself a favor, find a different Mad Greens because visting this one, well, will leave you filling disappointed and a little should I say MAD

Management needs to train these employees on customer service, cleaning and pricing. Every time I have come in they want to serve me a dirty bowl or a bowl that has been sitting there with dried lettuce. If the lettuce isn’t in the cooler and sitting out in a bowl for God knows how long I don’t want it in my food. When asking for a clean new bowl they act like a person is crazy. They also have different ideas of pricing from one to the next. Today, a lady gave me such a small portion in my bowl I know it was done on purpose. So I had it remade. Mad Greens is tripping. Employees need better training or better management
The first review was I think two days ago. However, today’s edition is dated 9/10/2025. Picture was taken and again I had to ask for a clean bowl. I don’t know how long that Lettuce was left in that bowl. Do you? It may sound petty but it’s not. The priority should be clean bowls for the food. That is how good and clean service is.

This location of Mad greens is friendly is nice. The manager is doing a great job and so is the staff members. Highly recommended

This place is amazing! I go there 3 times a week and i absolutely love it. They are all so kind and welcoming. All of the staff has my order memorized so it makes it very easy when I arrive. If you are looking for a clean, friendly and welcoming staff this is the place to go!

personally, I don’t like it when fast food restaurants have a “leave a tip” screen on the pos when paying with a credit card. it feels presumptuous. especially if I’m getting my food to go. it’s okay to leave a tip jar for cash tips, but feels inappropriate to request that all patrons leave a tip.
price ($16) felt higher than I expected for a salad with no add ons. I was able to get two meals out of a large, so not too bad, but not necessarily a great deal either.

Stephanie and Jac were wonderful today! Both went above and beyond to make sure me and my dealership were taken care of. We will continue to order our Saturday lunch from them! 10/10 would recommend

Used to really love them, but it’s gone totally downhill in the last year in quality. Employees are always nice but the food is questionable. Chicken seems old and over cooked and tastes terrible. Honestly a lot of the food tastes like it’s going bad. Last visit I ordered online and there is no way to change your dressing choice unless you want to add more dressing for $1. I tried using the special instructions box to specify I didn’t want the usual dressing but instead another one and asked to put mad spice on my avocado like they do in house. Both instructions overlooked. Anyone else get explosive tummy issues after eating here? Literally every single time no matter what I eat from here. Might be a food safety thing happening? Idk. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore

I got the Edgar Allen Poe salad and tried the green chili for the first time, and can I say “fire!”- the right kind. The salads are so fresh and I love how they have a couple other appetizers and soup options! I also got the hummus trio- unfortunately they only had the garlic hummus as they were out of the other 2, but it was still super tasty. Can’t wait to go and try the other 2.

I hadn’t gone here because I thought it was only salad but I was pleasantly surprised with my dinner from here. I got the Santa Fe wrap, trio of hummus and red pepper soup. The wrap and soup were amazing, and I loved the avocado hummus. The other two hummus flavors were ok, I think they would be other people’s favorite depending on palette. I may have found a new favorite.
Coming back to update a few months later and after trying a few more menu items. The southwest bowl is one of my favorites. Today I tried the pasta salad and it was pretty good. There’s lots to try but I quickly found my favorites.

It is very clean. Employees are very friendly. If you need to try a sauce they will give you a taste. They have restrooms available for customers. I absolutely would recommend this place. They do wraps, salads, quinoa bowls, and Mac bowls. If you like a bit of heat they have a spice called mad spice that I suggest.
