We ate here last night after doing some shopping. The girls working here are super accommodating to dietary restrictions and preferences and are friendly. The restaurant was quiet- there was a few other diners eating while we were there but you could easily have a conversation and hear the music. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. I would give zero stars if that were an option. The kid behind the counter acted less than interested to make my salad. I did a small “build your own” salad to go. I noticed with every ingredient he added that I got about 1/3 of a scoop, and a full scoop is already on the small side. He was struggling to get the avocado out of the peel and I commented that I didn’t think the avocado was ripe. He was quick to dismiss me and tell me it was just “cold”. Before mixing the salad, he tried to cut up the avocado with the tongs. After three attempts he just tossed the salad and packaged it up. So here I am with 1/2 an UNRIPE chunk of avocado in my salad that I can’t even eat. The apples are a bit “tangy” (fermented), but that’s okay because I only got about 5 pieces. I was also not offered a receipt. LAST TIME I will ever eat here.

Crazy Ivan (shown in the foreground) no croutons and spicy pumpkin seeds. The spice was good, but might get half spicy and half not next time! The Sherry Molasses Vinaigrette (medium mixed in dressing) was tasty. Ty Cobb was the other salad in the photo… very good with exception of some seriously bitter red onions! Fountain drink choices and teas were not your typical soft drinks… a nice change from the “norm”. The hummus trio… OMG, the spicy avocado hummus was absolutely amazing! We will be back!

I came in to get two large salads to go.
When we got home to eat our salads, the lettuce was terrible.
As well, the storages looks messy cluttered and not very clean.
I’m sorry to say but I have to back.When dizzy was the boss, the place looked amazing and was well put together.
I won’t eat there again unless something changes.
I spend a lot of money at mad greens all over the state of colorado, but most of my purchases are from the I-25 and lincoln next to target. I think out of all of the mad greens, i’ve been to throughout the state, this one should earn the top badge. It’s literally the example that all of them should look at.
And you might ask, well, why didn’t I bring the food back? And that’s because I have a horrific schedule and don’t have the time or energy to go all the way back there, when I live all the way in Franktown.

MAD Greens is a great place to eat, if you are looking for a healthy food option. I ordered the seared ahi tuna bowl. I was very impressed with the flavor, ingredients and portion size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this establishment.

Placed a to-go order for lunch today. I noticed a couple of new items on the menu and decided to try something different. I ordered the Spicy Street Corn Wrap. When I arrived at the store, my order was ready for pickup. I’ve always been impressed with this location’s efficiency and cleanliness. And the new wrap….. Wow! It was ridiculously good. This might be my new favorite at Mad Greens.

I was quite astonished and very pleased with this restaurant, the choice and selection for which to add to your salad, it’s taste, the customer service, the location, and the well maintained facility itself. Went there on a Tuesday; midday. There was plenty of seating. The associates were super friendly. This was my daughter’s first time going, and they associates did not make her feel rushed as she looked over the menu. I had not been for awhile, and I was excited to see some new items on the menu.
Their grain bowls were amazing. My daughter is a teenager and was originally not thrilled to go to a “salad” place, but the first bite she took of her bowl made her face light up. She is ready to go back again.
