Mad Chicken started out of our love for good food and lack of real unprocessed ingredients in the food industry nowadays. Being born into the Egyptian culture, food was the main thing that brought our family and friends together, and we wanted to bring that passion and home feel for our customers as well. We almost instantly regretted our visit. The place looked pretty run down, but despite that, we thought we’d give it a try. The cashier was having a personal call the entire time we were in the restaurant, including while he took our order. Bought a combo and after paying, he handed us a can of soda instead of a fountain beverage. Once we sat down, we noticed the soda machine was down and looked to have been that way for quite some time. (after reading further reviews, it seems the machine has been down at least 6 months) The food was low quality, tasteless and expensive for what we got. I got a Cesar wrap combo. It was about 6″ long, very basic and was about $16. My husband got a Mac bowl which was $12. His was an OK size but again, very basic. Everything seemed very bland.

I have ordered from Mad Chicken through DoorDash many many times, it was always amazing. For the first time today I actually went there and went inside. I want to thoroughly compliment the team there who was on the pm crew. The cashier was kind, funny, and very friendly. My food came out quickly and I took it to go. When I got home, the food was still piping hot and man was it DELICIOUS. I mean picture perfect, literally look below!

First time trying from this location and I love it! When first coming in the staff were really nice and welcoming. The pricing is not bad for the amount of food that I got. I ordered the Chicken and Mac n Cheese bowl with a spicy buffalo sauce and it was so good! The chicken was so crispy and fresh along with the Mac n cheese was really good but the buffalo sauce is what made it taste even better. Had just the right amount of spice and sauce to it, not making the chicken soggy or over powering it. I would most definitely get it again along with fries. The portion was just right, I’m not feeling bloated or empty afterwards I feel fulfilled. I would highly recommend going to this location!

Absolutely amazing food- so fresh every time we come. The mad sauce is what dreams are made of. The service and staff are exceptional. It’s always clean and great environment as well. If I were to score between 1 and 5, I would give it a 50! It’s beyond words- amazing!!! Try it for yourself and you’ll agree!!

The chicken was overcooked and the online ordering is misleading. I selected the 4 piece tender and it had me select my side. Naturally I selected waffle fries. What I didn’t know is that the online ordering system automatically included waffle fries so I unintentionally selected waffle fries and paid extra. The chicken was clearly cooked too long. The “mad sauce” tasted a lot like ketchup with mayo for color.

I went for lunch on a monday, a few customers already in the restaurant. Very friendly cashier. Menu is big on TV screens. Cool painting above counter. Food came out quick and hot. Buffalo hoagie was really good. And Mad Fries were great. I liked the super crispy waffle fries. The Mad Fire sauce was really tasty. Mac and cheese was good too.

Went here after an abysmal experience at BW3 and a quick Google search for boneless wings since our favorite (AJ O’Brady’s) is now closed. Mad Chicken place was completely empty – we were greeted with a smile and immediate service, patient explanation of their combos, and after a brief time to cook, hot and fresh waffle fries and boneless wings. Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of service and quality of food. Juicy, hot, crispy, and fresh! We have a new favorite spot for boneless wings!

I ordered a 3 piece lunch meal 8 tradadional wing meal fried pickles and fried jala poppers . Let’s just say I got 2 darn chicken wings and a pile of fries! 5 damn poppers for 6$ and about 15 fried pickles total came for 42$ ! That is outrageous WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE! Order still got messed up and the fries tasted nothing like oil didn’t even seem fresh! The worst they won’t refund or remake order

Phenomenal service. Went to get a quick and delicious meal, and got just that. Wonderful breading and juicy chicken. Fries were just the right amount of crispy and tasted superb. Was treated very kindly when purchasing and kindly offered sauces and checked in on us during our meal. Will say the tables were a little sticky, but didn’t ruin the experience. Wonderful food and wonderful service, thank you! It was some MAD good chicken.

First time in and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. The dining room looked clean. The food was delicious. I got jalapeno poppers and a mad fire sandwich. The only thing that was off putting was seeing one of the cooks on his phone. Not super food safe if you’re into that sort of thing. I’ll probably still go back though as the sandwich was on point!
