The ingredients were real chicken and a healthier coating, which I can appreciate but the food was so bad. The chicken was brined and juicy but very overcooked and chewy + sinewy. This usually happens if you over brine and over cook cheaper grades of chicken. The waffle was really bad – like it was microwaved out of the freezer and was cold, wasn’t caramelized, and poor execution a “do not order” item. Waffle fries were a good texture overall – chicken was okay but I really wanted to like it. Sadly it is a “don’t go” rating.

I received the worst customer service at mad chicken! First time ever going to this place I thought it was really exciting. Looking forward to it! I instantly got racially profiled I was talked disrespectfully to the lady in the front counter with the unibrow. Disrespectful tone and I had cold food waiting about 30 minutes! I would never try again! And the up charged me as well. The chicken wrapped mail said 10.99! Yeah, my chicken wrap doesn’t even feel warm and they made me pay $15! If the chicken wrap meal was $15 it should be on the menu as $15! And the grilled chicken looks like tuna and dry as hell!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had never been here before today but when i saw the “Mad Chicken Bowl” I was stuck. Chicken on top of Mac n’ Cheese Pasta….you would be crazy not to try this. Your choice of sauce on top of the chicken and pasta itself just makes the flavor of the dish so much more interesting. I had to do the “Mad Sauce” of course and it did not disappoint. Start to finish i enjoyed it and was satisfied with the whole experience as it filled the tummy and was better than expected. Skip over the places you normally go to coming to the mall for food and give this one a chance. You will be pleased with the outcome.

Quit sleeping on this place!! The food was so good. I got the sweet chili traditional wings and waffle fries. The sauce wasn’t over powering but enough to get the flavor. The waffle fries were good alone but we are a sauce nation, wasn’t a fan of the ketchup but nothing a lil ranch couldn’t handle. The chicken was perfect. I’ll def be be back.

Very tasty crispy chicken. Love the freshness of it all. My favorite sause is mad fire. If you are looking for a tasty dessert to balance the heatness make sure to try the fried Oreo. Licking finger good.

I continue coming back to Mad Chicken for the excellent food. The chicken tenders are hot and well-seasoned with a very crunchy light breading. They are not really greasy; they stay quite juicy. The breading is much better than the average tender by far. Be careful not to scald your mouth eating them- they are freshly made to order and very hot.

I ordered from door dash so I can’t say anything about atmosphere. But the food was delicious! I got the garlic parm mad fries with chicken. The fries were crispy and the sauce had just the right amount of spicey! I am looking forward to trying more of their food here.

Its in the woodland mall took us a min to find. Foods good, was hot and crisp. But it was 9.99 for a kids meal with a lemonade. That’s for a small container with 2 Tenders and waffle fries.

Surpringly tasty bonless chicken wings. I got the honey bbq. Waffle fries weren’t soggy. Fried oreos were warm and really sweet so be careful if you’re not the biggest sweet person.
