Just took my work crew out for a drink to celebrate one of their’s birthday. Great selection of beer and spirits at a competitive price. Bartender was very engaging and funny. Made us feel right at home. There was a little music playing as well as a football game on the tv. The tavern is not too big nor not too small. Just right with a good feel. You can see why they have been in business since 1950.

Great place to hang out and meet the locals as you’re traveling through. Small place. Friendly staff and patrons. Example…we walked in the door, my wife going in first, and a woman at the bar reached over her shoulder without turning around to give her money! Well it wasn’t really for her but it was funny to everybody. Reasonably priced drinks!! Great patrons!

Went for the picture of the milkshake and assumed they had food but didn’t. Still had a nice time. Wish they made food because the bloody Mary was good but I was hungry and drinking without eating is a no for me. Nice people and prices are good
