If I could give zero stars, I would! How unfortunate. I placed an online order at 6, for pickup at 7. Arrived to the store at 7:06, was told the kitchen was a little behind, and it would be about 10 minutes. No worries. However, 10 min goes by. 20, 30, 40, 50….55 minutes later when our order was brought to us. The gal said “the online system doesn’t know when the kitchen is backed up.” No, but the ticket would have printed when I ordered at 6. And when I arrived, if not yet started (even though it was an hour after placed order and already 6 minutes after it was supposed to be done) they should have started ALL the food at once. For 25 min, I saw 2 of our pizzas and burger sitting there done. So when our 3rd pizza finally was done, all our food was cold except the 1 pizza they dis at the end. This is not a little behind….this is a complete mismanagement of kitchen.

I’ll start with the positives: the food. Amazing waffle fries with homemade ranch to dip, cheese sticks with awesome cheese pull and the flying pig specialty pizza. So much cheese, wonderful sauce flavor, piping hot. The prices too are pretty decent for the portions. 3 apps, drinks and a pizza for $40
The negatives: hard to enjoy the food when your waitress was absolutely miserable. We walked in and she didn’t even look at us. Not a hello, nothing. Just told us to sit wherever. Menus were thrown down. We were greeted with you know what you’re drinking. Again, not a hello or anything. When I inquired about what kind of dipping sauces were available for the fries, she rolled her eyes and said “our salad dressings and wing sauce.” Well ok obviously.. that’s not what I asked. Didn’t bother to list anything. I just picked ranch since she was so bothered by a simple question. The rest of the meal proceeded the same. She was mad that the pizza stand wasn’t ready for her to put out our pizza. She’s lucky I’ve worked in the food industry before because I still left a 20% tip because I feel too guilty not to.

Mac’s posted on their Facebook page photos of their food in the kitchen, and of the restaurant. One picture taken from the kitchen shows them wearing sandals in the kitchen, which is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. I will be contacting the health dept.
We love Mac’s Pizza Pub, we go almost once a week. The Pizzas are all great, as well as the Hot Italian Sub! They have trivia some nights at 7pm, which can get crowded and loud, so keep that in mind.
Only complaint I have is the old white guy, who I assume is a manager based on his tucked in Black Polo Shirt. He always looks so miserable when we walk in. There have been multiple times where he will have to bring food to our, or others tables, and he wont say a word or make eye contact. He will just drop the food off and walk away, not even a smile.

Great service! Everyone was kind and the wait for food was not long. The wings and fries were good. The chicken tenders were not the best, they reminded me of frozen chicken nuggets. Overall, a nice experience.
