A bit disorganized, but great food. The people are very nice. The pizza rolls are to die for, pillowy soft and delicious. Marinara sauce on the pasta was super flavorful. We didn’t care for the chicken gyro. Prices are sometimes a dollar or two different than on the printed menu. But a MILLION times better than Maldini’s (what was there before). I hope they do well and stick around!

Ordered online for delivery. I got the steak calzone. It was OK, a little disappointing because there was a lot more peppers and onions than beef. Honestly I didn’t even taste the beef. I also got steak rolls. Those were much much better, very flavorful. Decent delivery time to Shadyside

I got a pepperoni pizza. The pizza is really good.
I would request less cheese in the future, personal preference, otherwise. Very polite people. Very good pizza. Will update as I get more items

First time customers, got the Italian calzones with butter garlic sauce, (No one else offers that), the meal was exceptional! I can’t wait to try more from Macros ….. fair value, exceptional taste and delivery took half the time they told us.

Pizza is good: toppings are in a good proportion, there isn’t too much or too little cheese, it wasn’t greasy and I really liked the crust.

Speed and quality of service desperately needs improvement. I ordered through Grubhub, drove down and walked in. I’m the only customer, the woman at the register is on the phone and pizza cook #1 is making a pizza. The cashier gets off the phone, doesn’t acknowledge me, prints out a slip for the cook, still doesn’t acknowledge me, and goes back to doing something on the register. I let another minute pass and say that I have an order to pick up, the cashier looks up at me like she had no idea I was there and asks if I’m Doordash.

I tell her I have an order to pick up through Grubhub, she asks me if I paid, (Can you even order from Grubhub without pre-paying?) I say “Yes” and she goes back to doing something on the register. She never gives me any acknowledgment or status of my order and then the phone rings and she’s back on the phone.

While she’s on the phone, another customer walks in, a second pizza cook appears from the back, takes a pizza out of the oven, boxes it and just puts it on top of the oven with no attempt to see if the customer is already there waiting for their pizza. Do you see where this is going???

While the cashier is still on the phone trying to take an order (I don’t know if it was her first day, if she’s on drugs, if she just doesn’t care, but she seems truly clueless) additional customers have walked in with the line now being 5 deep. Pizza cook #1 notices this, and comes around to the register to try to help but can’t because the cashier still has the register tied up. She finally finishes doing whatever on the register, and the only employee in the place that seems to have a clue how a pizza shop is supposed to work immediately services the customer I let go ahead of me, and figures out that my pizza’s been sitting on top of the pizza oven for 5 minutes and instructs pizza cook #2 to give it to me.

Also of note, the only thing worse for a new business than not having a website is having a website advertised on your menu, and it doesn’t exist.

I deliberately waited until they had been open for a month before I tried them and while the pizza is good (seriously don’t change the pizza) everything else (except for Pizza cook #1) about this experience is straight up amateur hour opening day issues that shouldn’t still be happening a month later.

I always root for new small businesses, but you’re already failing. What are you going to do when you’re actually busy when you can’t handle 1 customer at 5:30pm on a Saturday?

New business opened in Swissvale. The pepperoni pizza had good flavor, the extra cheese I paid for , was minimal and the Italian hoagie tasted good as well, however the bread was not toasted. The meat portion on the hoagie was not worth the $15.99 , along with minimal lettuce, tomato and onion.

Worst over priced food I had in my life a Medium cheese pizza is 16$ . Way too much cheese, the food is dry . Honestly it’s not worth the try for the price & taste. You can get better & cheaper food from the gas station & I hate gas station food .

We live around the corner and visited on opening day.

Great pizza! We ordered slices of Chicken Barbecue and Meat Lovers. The toppings were thick and I loved watching the cook slinging dough as we waited for our order.

We also ordered the Pepperoni Macro Rolls. They were great too.

Service was a little slow, but I attribute that to them figuring things out on day 1.
