I want to give a shout-out to Trish at MacNasty’s Sports Bar. She’s a straightforward, honest, no-nonsense bartender, and honestly, that’s what makes her great. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything, she keeps it real, and she gets the job done exactly the way it should be done.
Trish knows her craft, pours a solid drink, and handles the bar with confidence and consistency. You always know what you’re getting with her — and that reliability is something a lot of places are missing.
MacNasty’s needs more bartenders like Trish. If you appreciate honesty and someone who takes their job seriously, she’s the one you want behind the bar.
I also have to mention Gabe, another standout bartender at MacNasty’s. He’s the complete opposite energy — not super serious, always joking around, and honestly one of the funniest people behind a bar. But that’s exactly why people love him.
Even with all the laughs and the laid-back vibe, he somehow always keeps a full bar and manages the crowd effortlessly. He knows how to keep everyone entertained, keep the drinks flowing, and make the place feel alive. His personality is a huge part of why people stick around.

My all time favorite bar! I was in town for a work conference and the hotel restaurant staff recommended that we check out MacNasty’s.
This place is what tradition and good times is about. The bartender Gabe was super awesome and probably one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met. He took great care of everyone in the bar and went out of his way to ensure everyone was taken care of and had what they needed. The regulars were all friendly and every person in there would strike up a conversation like you knew them for years.
Gabe gave us the whole history of the bar and it is definitely a staple to the community. Locals were telling me of the struggles through the years with hurricanes and such and they always came back to how MacNasty’s opened their doors as soon as they could. They explained how Gabe and his wife could to take care of their people and put others ahead of themselves every time.
The vibe in that place is one of what America should be with and I hope it never changes. What a great place and I would make the cross country trip just to go back.

Sadly, I can’t comment on service or food as there was none. Went in, sat down at a high top near the bar and front door. We waited about 5 minutes, and there was never a bartender behind bar or server. Finally saw the bartender get out of a barstool at opposite side of bar to serve beer to someone else. We decided to leave at that point. Never recognized or had a chance to order a drink. We had better expectations from reviews and were looking forward to food place to watch football and have drinks.

Great little dive bar in a sea of tourist traps. Gabe was a kind and welcoming bartender. Made us feel like locals. Drinks were great, had Golden Tee, 12/10 will return nest time were in town.
