This is not Mack’s tenders anymore. Pictured is my “Mack’s tenders” that I received, this will never be anything close to the good ole Mack’s tenders. I am severely disappointed since they sold but hope it was the best for the owners, as of for the restaurant I will never walk in agian. For 11$ I received the worst chicken tenders I’ve eaten in my life and frozen unsalted fries. I would suggest not going here. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I agree with a former post in that the food quality has gone completely downhill. The chicken tenders are definitely not the Mack’s tenders we had the last time we ordered (approx. a year ago). a lot of the tenders were tough to chew and the pieces were small. Even the large fries portion was skimpy. I can get better tenders (and fries) at PDQ, Zaxby’s, or even Publix. Will not be ordering from Mack’s in the future.

Ordered off Uber Eats. Never received my food as they use their personal drivers to deliver the food instead of Uber eats drivers. Lashanda W was the driver they assigned she literally cancelled my order right before she even reached my driveway and the tracking app that Mack’s uses literally shows the time stamp it was cancelled and shows it was cancelled by the provider. The Uber app had the info to call the stopper for delivery updates since they used their own drivers. Well the number to the store in the app routed me to a different customer service other than Uber who stated my order was cancelled because the driver could not find my house. I advised them that she never made it to my drive way at all and offered to provide screenshots as proof. They refused. So I had to call Uber customer support to report all of this and to provide my photos and do you know Mack’s is refusing to give me my money back.
They are thieves and will be reported to the better business bureau for a more thorough investigation into their business practices because this is clearly unethical behavior stealing people money.

I called in an order 30 tender 20 fried 10 grilled the 20 piece was family meal. I asked if the tenders were the same as previous owner and I was told yes. I should’ve checked my food before leaving as my order is wrong. Chicken are no longer panto crusted (which is only reason I would go there) they didn’t give me 10 grilled theyvhVr me all 30 fried NOT what I ordered. Chicken finger have zero as easoning on breading. Prices higher now than they were. Since they no longer have the original panko crusted tenders and my order was not right Nd i wasnt told the tenders were different under new ownerzhip when i asked.I will no longer go there. Not happy

Food is not that good. Wings are dry and you barley get fries not worth the drive or money. Kitchen is gross never wear gloves and alot of the food is not covered. Do not recommend at all. Used to be a employee there so I know how it is in there. They do there employees wrong still waiting on my last check and still have not got a reply or my check.

Absolutely wonderful service and food! Recommended by a friend. Ate in the dining room, food came fast and hot. I like the healthy grilled tenders and of course French fries. Nice music, great atmosphere. Going to try take out next!!!
