Food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. Our server could not of been more pleasant. We enjoyed her as much as the food!

I recently visited this bar and grill with my family and was seriously impressed from start to finish. We started with the baked brie appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly melted and creamy, served with crisp apple slices, warm baguette, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of honey that tied everything together beautifully. It was the kind of dish that disappears fast because everyone keeps going back for “just one more bite.”
For my main course, my son and I had the Mack Burger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered — medium-rare for my son and medium well for me, juicy, and full of flavor, with a perfectly toasted bun and fresh toppings. The fries were crisp and seasoned just right. You can really tell they take pride in getting the temperature of the meat just the way you like it.
I also tried a bite of my wife’s grilled chicken wrap, which was another hit — tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a flavorful sauce that made every bite satisfying without feeling heavy.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable energy — perfect for both a casual meal or a night out with friends. The waiter, Sean, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing.
Overall, this spot has definitely become one of my new favorites. Great food, great people, and a great vibe — highly recommend!

This local spot has a welcoming vibe and an equally friendly staff. Our server, Suzanne, was great—super helpful with the menu and full of personality. The wings were big, crispy, and juicy. The chicken BLT wrap didn’t disappoint—loaded with well-cooked grilled chicken. One came with bacon, the other with avocado—two happy campers!

My wife and I wanted to grab some lunch before heading out on our trip home. Didn’t want a fast food joint. We found Macks wasn’t too far from our hotel, so we headed over. It was easy to find. Even though it’s downtown, we found parking behind the building. The place was clean and comfortable. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food was fantastic. Mack’s is a great local place, I’ll stop in again when I’m in town.

This might sound strange to some but I have a hard time ordering chicken at restaurants. Strange statement to start a review for a Bar and Grill. A few months back I went to lunch here with my friend. I ordered exactly what she ordered because she’s been here multiple times and said it was great. So the salad we ordered and substituted the shrimp for grilled chicken. Glass of unsweetened iced tea. All simple enough except for the grilled chicken. Much to my absolute delight my salad was made with the most delicious and fresh and non chewy/rubbery chicken!
Unfortunately it took till last Saturday night to get back there with my husband. Guess what I ordered? And it was just as delicious as the first time.
My husband ordered the my way burger. Folks.. this is where this review is more than a five star review. The burger knocked my socks off!

This is the kind of American bar and grill you root for. Friendly team, efficient service, and food that delivers every time. The double cut Berkshire pork chop is outstanding (add cherry peppers). Wings are great, and you can build your own burger with plenty of toppings. Apps are solid across the board as are the entrees… the menu has lots of quality options at reasonable prices.
What stands out most is how they accommodate their customers—they show they value your business in the way you’re greeted, how quickly you’re looked after, and the care in every plate. Great for a date, family dinner, or catching a game. Highly recommend.

Food was great and everything, the shrimp was good to like every time! and the mussels I would definitely recommend . I did eat one mussel that was a bit hard but no big deal Tarah our waiter was awesome!
