My husband and I decided to come in and try it for the first time, we were very pleased with the service, the appetizers were incredible. However I was very displeased with the pizza given the fact they are know for their pizza the best. The cheese was cold and the pizza crust was completely soggy I couldn’t even pick it up, especially given the price of their pizza I was hoping for better.

Went in on a Friday night with a friend and they were packed! Dispute being so busy, we only waited about 20 minutes. Our server was Gus. He was kind, attentive and funny. He made sure our drinks were never more than half empty and cleared all plates after we finished. I had the southwest rolls and my friend got wings. All food was so good!! The manager on duty (Craig) also stopped by our table and asked how everything was. He was helping the server staff run food and clear tables. (You don’t always see that in management) All in all a great experience and will definitely go back.

I really enjoy Mackenzie River and have eaten at them in Montana before, however this one was quite disappointing.
My daughter got a fruit cup with her kids meal and the fruit was in a liquid, it looked gross, and she tried it and didn’t like it. Her mini cheeseburgers were pretty pink inside and had pickles inside on the burgers which we both found odd on a kids meal (it also wasn’t listed that way on the menu). I ordered a “Californian” and my burger was pretty pink on the inside as well. My guacamole was brown and gross so I scraped it off. The steamed veggies I subbed in were good but cold and I ordered if without a bun so I was curing it and they put that brown paper under it so that kept getting inside my food.
The server was good and attentive but the food was not good and both my daughter and I had stomach aches and the restaurant was in need of cleaning. The there was paper and odds and ends all over the floor in the restaurant and in the bathroom. The glass windows were full of little kid prints.

Staff was attentive and accommodating. Food was significantly higher quality than the average restaurant in this area. The Fettuccine was well seasoned and not overly doused in sauce. The Pizza crust was crisp and the spices along with the pepperoni left little to be desired. Excellent.

Liberty was our server and was awesome! Food was wonderful! The music wasn’t to loud just enough in the background. Service was quick for what we ordered. Cowboy nachos, a salad, and a burger. The vibes are on the drinks were super tasty (cocktails)

I had the Huckleberry salad and LOVED it. Fresh greens, goat cheese, Huckleberries & a light vinaigrette dressing. My dinner mates had a California burger, pork sandwich & meatloaf. Everyone loved their food!

We generally love this restaurant however Saturday night things went south. We arrived at 6:15 the restaurant was busy but we were seated right away. After waiting about an hour the waitress who was terrific came over to tell us they had burnt my husbands fish and chips and unfortunately they didn’t have anymore. So he graciously ordered the salmon bowl. It then took another 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive. The food was good my steak had no sauce at all. The whole experience took 2 hours and fifteen minutes. Now my husbands disillusioned and it will be a while before we return.

Went there after a dance competition, My wife and my 2 girls enjoyed out experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by our waiter and quickly seated and got drinks going. Started off with the California chicken flatbread and it was delicious. My wife got the meatloaf and I got the Kodiak burger. I just have to say it was delicious. Also the kid sizes are pretty good for the price. My kids got the pizza and the mini corn dogs (not pictured) and they were good!

It was the name. And the prices. After looking up two other restaurants, with fancy dishes and prices, it was this more moderate restaurant with the great name that we chose. Good looking from the parking lot. Very nice interior. Husband’s huge Smokehouse burger was excellent. After looking at the calories, l “settled for” the Southwest Chop half salad and it was delicious. Husband’s sharing of fries helped ease the feeling of being deprived as they were wonderful. We were very happy with the service, the food, the restaurant overall which impressed husband more than he expected (for whatever reason). The bar stayed busy, too, so the drinks must be good.

It was my first time coming here and I was impressed. It was a Sunday evening and the place was not busy at all. When we were seated, I noticed how clean and well decorated the building was.
The Pineapple Chutney flatbread was very crunchy and sweet. For my main meal I tried Steak Frites and the thin crust MacKenzie River Pizza. The steak was cooked how I liked it and the fries were very crispy. The pizza was very fresh and delicious. It was crispy and the toppings worked perfectly together.
I would definitely come back here for their pizza and flatbread. However, for steak, I would rather go to the nearby Texas Roadhouse. Service was amazing but the wait time was pretty long. Even still, this doesn’t defeat the fact that this is one of the nicest restaurants in Pocatello.
