Visited Minneapolis for the first time. Came here on 9/26 afternoon and was greeted by a very helpful server. We were seated at the outside patio and enjoyed the quiet Friday afternoon all by ourselves. It was my first time being there, so I asked for a recommendation. He was very helpful and recommended The Thai peanut sauce flatbread which I enjoyed every bite. My friends ordered the French dip. The taters were just a bit over fried.

Nice place to hang out, and the beer mac and cheese is good, very filling; tatertots are *crispy*, would absolutely recommend. The person who cooked it up for me in the kitchen was *very* enthusiastic and friendly! The bartenders were pretty quiet for my taste but very attentive. Not my top bar, but would be *very happy* to stop by here again. Good THC drink selection.

Cool bar and a great location. Super disappointing that there is only one Scottish item in the menu (Scotch eggs). Smoked wings were SUPER smokey and enjoyable. Peach/Pineapple BBQ Burger was total trash – unseasoned patty that had absolutely no flavor and fresh out of the freezer fries.

Stopped by on a Monday, about 4:30pm, nice, clean bar. The smoked wings were amazing, large, and flavorful. The bar was out of both fries and tots. The service leaves a bit to be desired. Bar was not busy with about 6 patrons. The bar tender was incredibly slow, asked me to close out my tab because he was leaving his shift. I ordered one more drink before closing out and he put it on my tab but did not give it to me, I had to remind him I paid for it. I’ll return for the wings, worth the visit!

We stopped in for some pub grub prior to a concert. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with upbeat music, pleasant decor featuring autographed posters of traveling Broadway shows and notable music acts, and even a few pinball machines. There’s a shaded patio in the back that could be great in the summer. It seems to have a bit of a Scottish identity crisis both in decor and on the menu, but that may be picking nits.

Service was adequate but uneven — not particularly friendly and we had to pour our own water (and fetch refills). Drink offerings are generous with about 10 local brews and 10 imports on tap. The menu is good (American) bar food. My party ordered the Cuban sandwich (good), BBQ burger (very good), and Habanero street tacos (very good). We also ordered Jamaican jerk wings which were remarkable — so smoky and sweet that no one at the table used any dipping sauces. I may come back for wings alone. Everything is fairly priced between $10-$20.

I found out the hard way that the men’s room stall doesn’t latch closed. Let’s just say that it was awkward for more than one person. Fix that, Mackenzie.

Bathroom embarrassment notwithstanding, I’ll likely be back. It’s an upbeat spot with better-than-average food.

I walked into the bar, and people were only sitting at the bar. No one was sitting at the seats. My friend and I thought about sitting at a table but asked if there were two seats at the bar. A guy said there was. We went to sit down and the bartender approached us as said that he wasn’t serving us. This was the first bar we went to that night. He was pissed immediately and went to walk out. My friend was very confused as that made absolutely no sense as we hadn’t even been served or asked for an order. As I walked out, another patron threw something across the bar which literally made everyone in the bar stop and look at that guy. I looked at the 2 bartenders and asked again, “we’re not able to be served, but that guy is?” And he the original bartender said yet so I walked out. I still don’t know why we weren’t able to be served, but I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be disrespected.

Was our first time here. Everyone ordered a different meal and different drink, and both food and drink exceeded expectations! The male waiter seemed a bit confused about which table gets what food, but the waitress was amazing and got us out in time to make a show!
