Great brisket with a rich, smoky flavor and a nice bark on the outside. The meat was tender and juicy without falling apart, which is exactly how brisket should be. Portions were generous, and it paired well with the classic BBQ sides that Macis Prime BBQ offers! Many positive experiences I have had eating the different options on this menu. While attending a car show in Festus, I couldn’t help but notice the giant green trailer, Accompanied by the smell of smoked meat.
I ordered the brisket and baked beans and was absolutely blown away by both.
The flavor, texture, tenderness, bark, and fat ratio was an absolute 10 out of 10 For me.
They are definitely not kidding when they tell you it does not need sauce!!
If I could give them a 10 out of five stars, I would!
