The goat soup tasted no good. They included beef meat in it. There were no bones. I waited almost 20 minutes before the manager took the call. My wife and were disappointed in the rice with djondjon and the griot. It used to sell great food before they moved at the new location. The manager did not want to listen and arguing with me. BTW I hold a BS in Marketing.

I like the food, but the service is really bad. There’s no real customer service. I placed my order an hour ago. Over the phone, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came after an hour, and nothing was ready. I stayed another 45 minutes waiting for my food. They didn’t really seem to care about my complaint.

This was the worst food experience I’ve had in years. I’ve been buying food from you for a long time, but ever since you moved locations, the quality has gone downhill.
If you don’t hire back the same staff you had at the old place, you’re going to lose a lot of customers myself included. I already checked out and will not be returning.
I ordered vegetable stew and rice, and it was absolutely disgusting. I even went back to buy a side of macaroni and cheese because last year I ordered a small platter for a work party and my coworkers loved the food. This year, before placing another order for my job, I wanted to try a side first—and I’m glad I did. It was terrible.
The photo speaks for itself. You really need to do better and bring back the people who knew how to cook, because the food is not good anymore. I’m never coming back. Macillion, do better.

Customer service at the new North Miami location horrible I was serviced by Manise P (name on the receipt) she put me on hold twice when placing my order over the phone then when I arrived there waited in line got to the counter she took 2 ppl order over me because they were men im assuming and of haitian decent she felt there order was more important then mine this has to addressed due to this is a place of business to treat all customers the same regardless of race, gender or cultural decent please fix this because the food is what keep ppl coming back and bad customer service can bring the business down

I have to admit this is the worst Haitian food ever! After having the griot had no flavor (which also had hair on all over it), we had a stomach virus for 4 days. On top of that fried plantain was dry and the pickles was tasteless. It was my first time but I will never comeback. On a lighter note…. The service was good and the resturant was clean.

I feel like they probably the best legume I’ve ever tasted. I tried the Tassot Cabrit and my friend got the Turkey and both dishes were delicious. Can’t wait to try other dishes like the fish. I saw at least 5 people order the Fish so that’s what I’m getting next since it’s so popular

We have supported this business for a long, long time and boy the food is amazing. We live close by and every time I’m in town I must stop by. That day I was craving griot (fried pork) and their perfectly fried green plantains. The fried snapper is great. It’s seasoned to perfection, but everything there is really. However, be warned that the fish is pricey. Come for the food and not the service.. The restaurant was under construction, so be ready for added wait time.

Ordered through Ubereats and was not impressed.
2 stars because my mom liked the legume but she said the white rice was horrible. The griot was not fresh and overly hard. It’s almost like they refried it. Also I’m convinced not all of the meat I got was griot. The banan peze was not thoroughly fried. Honestly I didn’t eat it. The Mac & cheese lacked color but the flavor was good. The pikliz was good too.

The food is okay, but the timing and service were disappointing. I ordered over the phone 30 minutes ahead, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes before being told they didn’t have the food I ordered anymore. Very poor service!!!
