Had a nice Sunday brunch around 11:00. Not at all busy and the food was good as we have come to expect. The full menu was available but we decided to try the brunch for the first time. Plenty of offerings for either a breakfast or lunch choice. Tried a little of everything over our meal. All the breakfast choices are what you would expect and they were all good. On the lunch side I enjoyed the BBQ beef tips very much. The salad bar and a dessert section round out the choices. Always worth the trip regardless of the meal. Will continue returning and will add their brunch to our choice list.

Machine Shed has a great brunch buffet on Sundays. Two varieties of scrambled eggs, a made-to-order omelette station, bacon, sausage, bread pudding, French toast, cheesy hash browns, ham, prime rib, vegetable pasta bake, chicken, potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, beef tips, several desserts, cold pasta salads, fresh fruit, and a good salad bar with a variety of toppings and salad dressings. I’m sure I’m missing some food items, but you get the idea.
I also love their store. You can find fun and unique items from cards to books, cooking utensils to t-shirts, to candy. Fair prices.
Friendly welcoming staff, clean restaurant, nice buffet displays. They serve Pepsi products which is great because Coke products are sold almost every where else.
They serve non-buffet meals “family style” where each table shares the accompaniments with their group.
09/14/2023 – I had breakfast this morning, ordered from the menu. Delicious! At the last minute I ordered a cinnamon roll. It’s enormous! It’s really a cinnamon loaf, weighing one pound without the cream cheese frosting! It’s big enough for a family to share!

Although a home cooked meal from the country sound comforting this wouldn’t be the first place I’d stop again. The staff was very friendly, the establishment was clean, but the food was not good. Between Four appetizers and three entrees our group agreed that the deep fried cheese bites were terrible but the pretzels were good. The wild rice was cheap and pork was tough but the pot roast was decent. Super cute gift shop attached.

Food was really good!! My GFs hash brown casserole came out cold but they were quick to bring out some hot hash browns instead. They also forgot to put cheese on my hash browns but took it off the bill. Gave a 3 for service because she only checked on us once unless we called her over!! Other than that the food was really good!

Service was amazing! Our server Kristi was above amazing! She was friendly, helpful and funny. I wasn’t sure what to drink and she asked me what I liked and if I was ok with her surprising me? Heck yes, that’s my favorite kind of drink lol. We Will definitely be back to this location…

Went there for Easter Brunch w/reservations waited 1/2hr past our time. Asked for table (several were empty the whole time we were there), floor manager (Trish) completely ignores us and sat other people and leaves us standing in dining room, finally a waitress cleaned a table and sat us, fortunately she ended up being our waitress (thank you Lou) wonderful job. Also, they were not prepared for the amount of people, (how is that when you take reservations), slow to replenish and items were absent. Not worth the money we paid. Lori

It really is just like eating in a shed. There’s no food, no water, and the staff is running around like crazy in an otherwise empty room. They did seem a little short staffed, but I’d rather not eat a cold Rueben sandwich with soggy bread that took over an hour to get. I did like the cold chili, however. I’ve never had cold chili before, but it actually kind of works. I did feel like I had to vomit the rest of the day, though. Pro tip: be on your best behavior, the waitress is pretty mean.

Very nice place having rustic looks. You have really great comfort food here. Look out for their specials. They have a nice little gift shop to that matches perfectly to the theme of the restaurant. Staff was very friendly. They have salad bar which was pretty good. They bring out lot of thinks like breads and apple breads and coleslaw and veggies and cottage cheese after you order the food.

We ate at the Machine Shed for a few days while we stayed at the Holiday Inn. First we ordered both take out and ate on the restaurant a few times. Take out was simple and fast, same with the restaurant service. The food was traditional home style. I’d suggest going for breakfast it was good, greasy spoon good. For dinner, pictured, we had a solid hot beef sandwich. Overall, nothing too fancy but it’ll fill you up and after a long travel day it’s nice to only walk a few feet for dinner.

Decent place. Decent food.
Loved the salad bar. Not huge, but unique items were great.
The special was all you can eat fish ( Friday), but I opted for the pork tenderloin sandwich, our reason for visiting.
The sandwich was battered, and (obviously) deep fried. But a common mistake restaurants make is not having a dedicated fish fryer and everything else in another fryer. My sandwich tasted fishy. I wasn’t a fan.
Many other pork options in the menu! And service was good.
This joint has a Cracker Barrel feel to it.
Not a place for me, but a decent place.
