I order from here pretty often. For lunch or dinner while I’m at work and it does the job. The people who serve you are so decent and welcoming. I usually get shrimp tempura roll and dumplings – or, either or. It’s also affordable and that’s my favorite part . If you love sushi I would suggest this spot it’s fresh, clean and welcoming. Enjoy!

My wife and I walked past this restaurant, did a double take and had a delicious meal. Both the salmon and eel sashimi were delightful. The veggie gyoza and dipping sauce were excellent. Their selection of rolls is not what you are used to. They have created some incredible flavor combinations. We enjoyed the Sexy City and Tropical rolls and there were others we cannot wait to try.

Ordered takeout to eat in the park here the other night. I specified on my order that I am gluten free (have been here before so know they will provide gf soy sauce). I’m pretty simple so got an avocado role, cucumber role and shrimp avocado roll. Enjoyed all of my sushi! The shrimp in that roll doesn’t have any breading or anything on it. Tasty and convenient for a date night!

Me and my fiancé went here because of the high reviews and got a $30 stomach ache instead. Sushi was old, sashimi tasted incredibly frozen and watery and was even luke warm in some places. Tuna was gray and the seafood inside the takoyaki was cold/frozen. service was fine I guess. We will not be coming back.

We enjoyed a delicious spur-of-the-moment dinner at Machi Sushi recently. Taking advantage of their all-day 3 rolls for $33.95, we got a Sexy City Roll, Dragon Roll, and Yummy Roll. For an appetizer, we had the Spicy Crispy Tuna Wontons and were even surprised to have some complimentary Mango Mochi Ice Cream for dessert.

Our FAVORITE sushi spot in all of South Philly. We come here for our anniversary and when you dine in they give you extra little appetizers and whatnot. Must visit spot and definitely need to try their Dragon Ball appetizer!
