My family and I were travelling through Boise, Idaho and were looking for a good spot to stop and eat. We stopped at this cloud kitchen and ordered some ribs, pork sandwiches, brisket, and burnt ends from Macfaun’s BBQ. By far the best barbecue I have ever put in my mouth. Their side dishes were absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were spot on. In reading some of the reviews, I disagree that this restaurant misleads anyone. You can tell that the food is cooked slowly with a smoker and the side dishes are made with love. There is no way this is a fast food restaurant. If you want quality food I recommend you stop by this restaurant. Absolutely amazing!!!!

I ordered their two meats with sides and desserts and they were super good!! I recommend the brisket and the sausage with the beans and mac, but all of their food is so delicious and I keep coming back for more!! The owners are super nice and know how to make the best bbq!

We were completely misled, this is not a restaurant it’s fast food. You pick up your food from a box. We walked here from our hotel after knowing exactly what we were going to order. Nothing on the website indicates that it isn’t a restaurant. Disappointed.

First time ordering from MacFaun’s BBQ. We therefore had to order a variety of items for our group. Roasted chicken, brisket and ribs. Mac n cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, and bbq beans. Cornbread, Banana pudding and the king to top it off. My oh my. Your dollars go into the food. You’re not paying for a nice place to sit and eat or somebody waiting on you. There was not a single item that wasn’t fantastic. The group agreed they will not be ordering take out bbq from anybody else.

Hands down the best BBQ is Boise. MacFaun’s is easily my favorite BBQ spot in the Treasure Valley. Ribs fall of the bone and the brisket will have you drooling..
